Once again, ordered from my favourite shrimp company in the uk. There was a delay in posting out due to the concerns about the heatwave the UK is experiencing; shrimp corner kept in contact throughout the whole process. Glad to see firsthand a company thoughtful about the livelihood of livestock over the bottom line. That’s what I like about them, personable, professional, and caring. And of course, their livestock is healthy, happy and stunning. Thank you for the extra shrimp and additional specs on my order- also, I love the 3D printed shrimp food containers. 10/10 best in the UK

My 1st order was slighly delayed, only a day, they emailed me to let me know it was due to weather being boiling which is absolutely fine by me, if i wanted crispy shrimp, id order a chinese. They arrived very well package and even had a free 3D printed shrimp, love that. I had a query about some shrimp they didnt have in stock on the website and was answered near on instantly. They actually went and checked and found some and put them back in stock so i could buy a couple. again, love that. Just over all great customer service and great shrimp, you cant go wrong. 10/5 went above and beyond

I ordered 16 shrimp from this business. Within one day, more than half had died, and after one week only two remained. This was despite my aquarium already having shrimp living in it for months without issues. (Three weeks later) Unfortunately the two are still actively alive in the same tank, simply indicating that all the others were unhealthy. Its very ignorant to judge parameters with a photo.

I contacted the business politely in my first email to explain the losses. Instead of handling the matter professionally, they immediately blamed my setup and responded in a rude and aggressive manner. If their customer service had been more polite and constructive, this situation could have been avoided.

They made a number of assumptions about my aquarium parameters without any professional measurement. A soil-based tank can be managed with appropriate materials and stable conditions, so simply blaming the substrate without testing does not prove the cause of death. Other reviewers have also reported shrimp arriving dead or having similar problems.

Most concerningly, after I left my review, the business published a page on their own website referring to me by name and email correspondence. The page is full of insults, suspicion, emotional venting, and unsupported assumptions.

I believe this crosses a serious line. I have reported the matter to the ICO and Trustpilot, and I am considering further action. I would not recommend this business.

The seller has changed their replies for many times following intervention by trustpilot, because they were against trustpilot’s guideline. Other reviews also claimed that the sellers are aggressive. Just be careful and cautious with this seller.

Absolutely delighted with my Bloody Mary shrimp from Shrimp Corner. All 10+1 arrived safely, settled in really quickly and the color on them is stunning — a really deep vibrant red. Healthy, active shrimp and clearly very well cared for. Would definitely order again!

Good communication before the purchase, this was my first online buying any sort of live stock so was a bit apprehensive with what to expect.
The shrimps arrived all in good condition in a polystyrene shipping box with a couple of bonus ones too!
They are now happily in their tanks and so far still no loses.
I would happily use shrimpcorner again when I next need to purchase my little ones!

Speedy, securely packaged delivery. Very healthy and lively shrimp, beautiful colours. Packet of food added on first purchase and extra shrimp added on both purchases. The shrimp are breeding well and are very active in the tank. Very friendly note in parcel. Ordered twice already, and when my newest shrimp are settled, I will be purchasing again.

I ordered rabbit snails and neocardinia. All arrived safely and were well packaged and seem to have settled in well. Rabbit snails are full sized not like many on offer for significantly more money- the kids love them.

Ive ordered on three separate occasions now and I've never been disappointed always amazing quality shrimp, and shipping has always been fast will order more again soon. Id highly recommend this company

I bought 20x Amano Shrimp for my son as his birthday present. The vendor gave me two extra shrimp and a nice 3D Printed shrimp key chain.

Packaged very well and despite being in transit overnight, shrimp were alive and well and seem to be doing fine after acclimating.

The last batch I bought from this vendor have gone to full size and are thriving, hope that these new shrimp will follow suit!

Fully recommend and will order again in the near future.
