payment Cancelled – No Verification Email or Support Response

I created an account on ShrinkMe.io using Google sign-in. On 12-09-25 I requested a withdrawal of $5and ID 40595.
Their site states payments are processed within 2 working days and that a verification email is sent if there’s an issue.
My payment was cancelled after 4 days, but I never received any verification email.
I checked spam folders, confirmed my Gmail address, and sent a Facebook message to their official page but received no reply.
Because the account is Google-linked, I can’t submit a normal support ticket (no password) and there is no public support email listed.
I would like ShrinkMe.io to explain the reason for cancellation.
