Please give me an update

I ordered a shirt and a pack of stickers a month ago and haven’t seen an estimated delivery date no response from email or Instagram or Facebook and I wouldn’t recommend placing any orders with this company

Literally terrible

Literally terrible! I bought two items weeks ago for a Christmas present and have not received them or any update or tracking information! I tried contacting them via hello@shroombeach which is the only email I could find but only received kickbacks.

Would not use them again

Would not use them again. I got a pretty good item, but it was too small (my fault) so I exchanged for the next size up (and paid again for shipping) and that was still kinda small. So I asked them if I could exchange again (and pay again for shipping). They stopped responding. It's been 2 months. I've messaged them 3 times with the order number and said "WTF" and they refuse to respond

Also I'm pretty sure they manufacture on demand from China so expect your order to take about a month to get to you.

Customer service is complete trash

Customer service is complete trash. Ordered shorts over 2 months ago and still haven't received them or any kind of response as to what happened. The item hasn't shipped yet and it said 2 to 4 business day to ship when i bought thm. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

Horrible experience!!

Horrible experience!!! I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the level of customer service I have experienced. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service team via email regarding a return, I received no response. It was only after escalating the matter through PayPal that I finally received a reply.

I ordered a pair of shorts from your website, but I found the quality of the product to be substandard and the material to be cheap. The item I received was significantly different from the images displayed on your website, which I find to be deceptive and misleading. They will make you pay for the return as well , Horrible experience will never order from them again, If you leave a comment in Instagram they delete it if it’s a negative review !!!

Shirts are super cool but took 4 weeks

I ordered 3 shirts and all of them came, correct sizes, and exactly as pictured. The only annoying thing was that it took almost a month to arrive at my house and there was no shipping information or any indication that it would arrive that day, kinda just showed up lol. I wasn’t in any huge rush to receive my order so it’s not a biggie, but if you’re ordering it for a specific event, you might be SOL. Shirts are sick tho

I wish I read these reviews before…

UPD. I got my order March 21st. Thanks god I ordered in advance this BDay gift, so I got it on time.
Customer service replies within 48 hours.
And the stuff is the right size, doesn’t run small or big. The prints are cool, the fabric is okay- I didn’t expect this kind of texture, but it’s like sport wear - shorts and tees.

I wish I read these reviews before placing my order.. I placed my order on Feb 10th. Feb 13 I received an update that said about unexpected extended holidays on the factory.., but it is march now. And still nothing shipped or delivered.
Nobody contacted me for 3 weeks.. and this order contains a birthday gift, and now I have doubts it comes on time.

First check the reviews, then place order.

This is nothing but a drop ship…

This is nothing but a drop ship company.
After waiting weeks I emailed asking where my order was and they told that there was a mistake and the item was a preorder. If it's a preorder it needs to be listed as such.
The customer service is total garbage and they are terrible at replying in a timely manner.

Also all of their items can be found for sale on Alibaba, further establishing the fact that they are noting but a drop ship cover company.

They lie about their shipping times and nothing ever goes out quicker than 3 weeks...

I tripled checked their shipping policy and even was talking to customer service before placing my order and it say unless an item is titled "pre-order" then the stuff gets shipped within two business days. Fine. I place my order and then get an email over 2 says alter saying EVERYTHING THEY MAKE IT DROP SHIPPED and now I have to wait 3 weeks before they even ship. So. They lied. And I'm annoyed. Everything is essential "pre-order" and they need to label it as such.

This company does a horrible job at replying back

I ordered Mushroom Reflective Premium Sherpa Cloak - Black (Preorder) My order number is: 22394

I pre-ordered that cloak when it suppose to ship late April early May or as they put it the start of Festival Season implying EDC which is May 19,20,21.

This is not a good look for this company. You really should be responding to emails especially when you updated your website to say "End of May to Late June"

If this gets resolved I will update this review but for now I warn others to stay away from this company.

**UPDATE** This company tried to not give me my refund and said they have a 15 day refund policy on "Preorders". This was the exact reason why I paid through PayPal just in case I was dealing with a scam company. PapPal is now involved, They did cancel my order but still waiting on refund which they have to respond by May 27 to Paypal. Paypal says it should be resolved by June 6.

I hope Shroom Beach reads this. You have some cool products but you guys suck as delivery and communications. The phone number you have advertised is not even yours it belongs to person who not even associated with your company.

You shouldn't take in pre-orders that you can't fill. Once you sell out of your pre-orders you should just wait to open more once you have more coming or on hand. I don't see how you can run a company like this and expect it to survive.

A pro tip to customers. I found the distributor who not only sells their products but also will sell you the cloth material to make what ever you want out of it for around 90% cheaper than this company. Just go to alibaba and do a search or you can go to google and search "reflective cloth shroom" and click the alibaba link and order the material by the meter.

Cannot recommend. Material and sizing issues.

The concept of the products offered on this website are unique and fun but I don’t recommend buying from here because the sizing is way off (runs very small), the fabric is cheap, the shipping is slow (weeks up to a month), the return process is slow (and they charge a lot to return even when their products are sized incorrectly). Overall it was a waste of time and money purchasing from this site. Really have to investigate online sellers from Instagram.

BUYERS BEWARE!

We ordered $180USD ($320 NZD) worth of gear for Xmas back in early November. The tracking stated that it arrived in New Zealand on November 22nd, 2022, but we have yet to get the shipment. We called DHL and they stated it was with NZ Customs; we then called NZ Customs and they said they had no record of our item. We then emailed Shroom Beach to find out where the package was, and they provided us with the same tracking number originally provided, stating that it was in New Zealand and was being held by NZ Customs, and that we should try them again. We have tried DHL and NZ Customs multiple times with the same result and they tell us to ask Shroom Beach to investigate. We keep going in circles with this company; they then offered Store Credit, but why would we want store credit when we can't even get our first package from them... We requested a refund because the money was significant. They subsequently provided us their policy, which said that we had 30 days to return the item, among other things. W.T.F. we still haven't received our stuff. We've sent several emails back and forth and are going nowhere. Grr... its so frustrating especially because you guys won't investigate what has happened to the package and keep beating around the bush trying not to give our money back. Simply refund our money.

Been waiting months for a refund even…

Been waiting months for a refund even after sending back the shorts completely untouched and in the original packaging. After acknowledging that they received the shorts they have yet to refund the money months later. I have reached out 4 separate times since. Might have to try small claims court if this doesn’t get sorted out.

No customer service, then they block you on social for no reason

I made a few past orders with Shroom Beach with no problems, but I made another order in May of 2022 - with one preorder product and two in stock items - that said it would ship in the summer. After no updates on my order, in August I contacted them by email 3 times asking if I could cancel - no response. I also tried messaging them on Facebook and IG, no response. I then saw someone comment on IG that they haven’t received their order and no correspondence and I commented “same here”. Shortly after someone had messaged me back on IG and after a few brief exchanges they stopped responding. I’m assuming this was the owner of the brand the way they were speaking. I have been courteous and straight to the point just asking if I can have a refund after so many months, as it states online that I have 7 days to return the items once they are received. I haven’t ever received them. I just realized now that I have been blocked on social completely. It’s absurd. This is literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They have my money and refuse to respond. What’s worse is that their website has had a glitch all year that doesn’t allow you to use the chat option or fill in the email request for a response as it refreshes the page every 15 seconds. This seems entirely on purpose. Buyer beware!!

Takes a while, but worth the wait

While it did take a while for them to ship after a massive sale, once I reached out I received a reply within 3 days, and the items were shipped soon after.

The items themselves are super cool and high-quality: the reflective reaction really popped under bright white lights.

Slow, expensive shipping is ok, unresponsive support staff is not

I've spent $700 over the years on Shroom Beach clothing, but my latest experience has been really quite bad.

After paying $70 to ship 3 articles of clothing to Canada (yes really), the sizing of a new batch of clothing did not match previous purchases. I've sent 8 support emails in the last month, with no return address provided by staff, only info I've been given is "You have to pay for shipping". Support staff either overwhelmed or just don't care, because my emails go unread.

Long wait , Terrible Comunication

2nd Edit: it has been almost another month, the items they claimed were on backorder and were waiting for are NOT on backorder on their website....still no shipment. communication only seems to happen when i leave a bad review(tried to email them b4, but had to come here).

At this point i just want my money back

EDIT: Recieved a response to my email inquiring about my order. Shroom Beach apologized for the wait and said my order will eventually ship but are waiting for the pre-order items to be ready so as to ship them all in 1 package.

ORIGINAL: No response to my email inquiring as to when my products will be shipped as it has been over a month since they were ordered. I'm wondering if they are some sort of scam.
