Great Service!!!! Shipment Error Immediately Corrected
There was a shipment item error. I called, they answered and fixed right away. They are very professional and apologetic. I was a little concerned because I hadn't ordered from them before. My correct product arrived immediately and I am very happy. I will be ordering more products in the future. This is especially great because they carry very hard to find items for me. We replied and explained to her that although there was no mention of color in the description at the time of her purchase, we didn’t either hint at a color pink. She assumed the color of the gloves would be pink because the box was white and pink.

Love your site
I love the products you have but your shipping takes along time. I have to wait longer then a week to get my stuff. But the price is good. I paid $23 for 3 of the hair dyes and shipping anywhere else would of been well over $35 so I can't complain there. Just wish shipping didn't take so long. Other then that they are great second time ordering
