A terrible casino with no loyalty to its players. I lost over $300 and can't even get my monthly bonus. Tech support is terrible, they just copy-paste their responses. The slots have no RTP, and everything feels broken. But what upset me most was their bonus policy. For example, if I lose $500 on stakes, I'll get about $50+ in monthly bonuses. But at this casino, I didn't even get my monthly bonus because, you see, I didn't receive VIP Silver, and they can't manually process the bonus for me.

I would give 0 stars if i could. After a full week of my withdraw being “in review” i still cant get intouch with anyone from live support. The problem is not just purely to do with the withdrawal itself anymore. The shuffle livechat system is literally non existent, i try 3-5 times everyday for the past week and have not been able to speak to any real person. Anytime a real customer service joins the chat they immediately exit the chat. No responses from my emails. Absolutely nothing. Atrocious casino. I have never had such a horrible experience with any online casinos

I love this casino šo mutch. Staff member is fast and sweet. But night chat moderator baning sometimes for no reason... and to night i with guys text jokes, and i got banned.. and this morni g is event where i NEED CHAT FOR ACTIVITIES.
After i have mute , i White live chat. Not any prove i recive.... And after little conversation. She said to me sry, and she drop to 24 mute... i wait this event almost all week... and i lose any chance to normaly join event acivities.....

If Shuffle.com does not resolve this issue within 72 hours, I will escalate the matter through legal channels and continue to share my experience across review platforms and social media to warn other users.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this site with their money.
