I have been waiting 22 days for a 20k payout I never have had any issue with shuffle and have used them for a year every time I ask about my withdrawl they just keep telling me tomm its ridiculas since i have put alot of money into shuffle over the year time. I like using shuffle and have been with them for a year and never have had this problem but now I am at 24 days and still waiting I still and hoping they resolve this as I would like to get back to using there site instead of other ones

UPDATE- We are now on 25 days of waiting on my withdrawl to be approved. Yesterday I was promised it would be done 100% and still nothing its like they dont want me to gamble on there site. This is ridiculous, shuffle says once you reach sapphire rank at 3 million wagered you will get a vip host. I wagered 1.5 million alone in 1 month and reached sapphire and yet they tell me we won't give you a host or the bonuses you get for being hosted. This is pure favoritism by which they are choosing who to host and it's bullshit.
So if based on certain criteria me having 1.5 million wager in a month doesn't qualify me for a host? I have contacted support many times they tell me everytime we won't give you a host and that's it we don't have to tell you why, that's final. Everytime I ask.
