I am extremely happy after enrolling my daughter for Shuhari self defence classes.Afrer joined my daughter has developed self confidence and also her concentration has increased.Owner Mr Oligun is a gentleman and very understanding.Highly recommend for all age groups

Very structured across locations including this. My son has progressed at pace and he loves the Sensei. Wish them all the best. Sensei takes the lessons very seriously and ensures an eagle eye on each students progress irrespective of age.

Shuhari Martial Arts team is warm,highly trained and attentive,my daughter goes to Martial Arts every Friday,she likes the training provided for her as well the people who trains with her,she improves her skills so quickly and loves every minute of it,in a year time for sure she will be knowledgeable and confident,thank you for the training,teaching Martial Arts is a very powerful tool for everyone who wants to protect themselves

I had the wonderful opportunity to attend a self-defense club that truly transformed my perspective on personal safety and empowerment. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I had to discontinue my training, but I look back on that time with great fondness.

The skills I learned there are invaluable, especially in today’s world where knowing how to defend oneself is more important than ever. The atmosphere in the club was fantastic, filled with encouragement and camaraderie among members.

I cannot speak highly enough of the sensei leading the classes. She is one of the best instructors I have ever encountered. Her dedication and passion for teaching were evident in every session. She explains everything in detail, making sure that all participants feel confident and capable. Moreover, her warm and supportive nature created a welcoming environment that motivated us all to do our best.

I wholeheartedly recommend this club to anyone interested in learning self-defense. It’s not just about physical skills; it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a sense of community. If you’re looking for a place to grow and learn, this is definitely the right choice!

Absolutely amazing! My son Felix has been with Shuhari for 8 months! The classes and grading session are well organised! The people are friendly! Sensei Majid is brilliant in his approach! Approachable and yet authoritative! A great role model! My son looks forward to his lessons very much! We also like the flexibility it offers in that if you miss a lesson, you can make it up on a different date in a parallel class. The price is also very reasonable at £40 per month.

Shuhari provides a safe and professional environment to learn martial arts. It's also very friendly and all instructors are very competent. I recommend it to anybody who wants lo learn martial arts.

I joined Shuhari a few months ago, and am learning a lot of useful self defense skills. It’s a great place to learn and I’ve met some really great people. It’s a lot of fun while learning and great exercise.

I came for my kids but my wife and I got hooked on our first visit. The training is impeccable. Sensei Majid and Senpai Paul and Liam are excellent; great with kids, great with adults. They show great empathy, have major talents, guide you do stuff you never knew you could. And then bring it all together like I’ve never seen before.

The whole experience is amazing 👏 we can't wait every week for our session.. we look forward to it . We will recommend it to anyone and everyone 👍. The sensei incharge of the dojos are great and very professional. It's a great opportunity to grow and learn.

A very professional, I can see the positive result on my son behaviour

We tried a couple of martial arts training lessons/schools with a few different providers and my daughter found Shuhari the best and she has been training there since February now and is loving it. Can’t ask for more.

The class is mixed with both adults and children training together and Sansei Majid is just a brilliant teacher

My two sons (aged 10&7) both attend weekly classes. They enjoy going and their confidence has improved a lot! Sensei Majid is always so friendly, calm and encouraging. Sensei Olgun is very responsive and helpful to enquiries. Would highly recommend!!

My daughter likes going there though she is introvert type person. Very professional and dedicated. Suitable for all ages and gender. . Flexible and offering free trials.
