Those feature gonna come on the next update (info of what you purchased and their status directly on your user panel), for now you get an email with what you bought, you just have to wait for us to deliver it and get an other email with the coordinate where your stuff is.
There is a delay btw a few hours and a few days when a lot of big order come at the same time.

I come from mexico and playing on 2B for a few years now... i'm here just to say that people need to chill down, i've ordered from shulkerroad multiple times now and they are ok, YEAH it takes time to deliver but honestly, they are the biggest shop on 2B2T so IDK... it's better that getting nothing by taking a shop no one know. Also it has been targeted by hate groups latetly and we (the SR community) CLEARLY saw that... so we gonna see if trustpilot gonna do something about it or not. Cuz it's kinda insane imo.

I ordered 3 things and it took them over 2 weeks in order to get it to me, yet they were always on the server spamming stuff instead of doing deliveries.
Update: After this review, ShulkerRoad has tried numerous times to take this review down despite knowing its legit. They have claimed its for the wrong website, claimed the review was fake, and everything else possible to remove negative publicity regarding this shady company. Get your kits elsewhere, any other kit shop offers better service than this one.

We had Christmas + new year sell, it's just normal to have such delay with more than thousand of order to deliver. And continuing to promote is just normal on 2b like everyone else. So please understand that this is not under normal circumstances and we did littealy our best in holiday season where we're all with our family.
