Ordered two books, only one came
Ordered two books, only one arrived. When I chased it up it turned out that there had been a 'glitch' in the system. Given that only a small part of the postage was refunded it would have been cheaper for me to have ordered the one book elsewhere. They offered to refund more when I expressed disappointment but I declined as it's not really about the money. Really disappointing as this was just a waste of time, will be going elsewhere in future.

Order cancelled after five weeks
I ordered a calendar and paid for it on 21/10/23. I contacted them with a query and they advised me that the calendars were manufactured on demand. First I’d heard. They would contact me when they were ready. Then I received another email on the 24/11/23 saying the order was cancelled, without explanation. I got a refund on the 25/11/23. So they had my money for virtually five weeks with nothing to show for it. How much money do they have of ours without supplying anything? Very poor service. Hadn’t used them before, won’t use them again.

I would give this book seller 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service. Book I ordered was lost in post and they replaced immediately and apologised for inconvenience. Would highly recommend using this company. I will certainly return.
