Excellent customer service

Online order was easy. The website was user friendly. Pick up at a nearby store was convenient. Staff was helpful. I especially appreciate that I could return the shoes that didn’t fit and re-order, even though the shoes were on sale.

Wrapping of box could have been better... n shaping was atrocious because box got mushed. But in all. You did excellent

I purchased the same Stepwel sandals as last year. A different brand came with mismatched innersoles and the right shoe is narrower. I wrote customer service to have them returned and a new pair sent to me. They told me no can do. What kind of service is that??
Their website showed the Stepwel brand. I have been buying their shoes many years. Very disappointed.

I bought 4 pairs of sandals for me and my husband and to return 2 pairs. The service at Carlingwood And at Billing’s bridge Ottawa was absolutely great!

Excellent services and shoes,

I bought shoes where I could take the insole out and replace it with my orthotics. The idea is great and the price very good, but unfortunately my feet weren't happy. The orthotics fit beautifully in the shoes, but the shoes didn't quite fit properly. The leather was hard and it hurt my feet.

There was no problem returning them. The person dealing with the return was very friendly and polite.

I thought I would receive a notification when the product was actually delivered but did not. This could have been a misunderstanding on my behalf. It would have been helpful to know who was responsible for the shipping/delivery at the time of ordering.

If your website had the ability to search via size, that would be great. There should be some details on the page indicating materials and heel size.

My dad loves these shoes and have worn them for 40 years. Now that he needed another pair it has taken me months to find him a pair. While waiting to find these, I ordered three different pair of similar looking shoes but he didn't like any of them and said that he was having foot and knee pains from them.
He was so happy to get this pair and said since wearing them his foot and knee pains are gone again. Only complaint is how hard it is to find his size. I would have bought two or three pairs if I could, but only had one pair available online.

I bought most of my shoes from Shumaker. They make comfortable shoes. I recommend them to all my friends.

I ordered my shoes online and they were at the store before I knew it for free pickup. The manager at the Pen Centre location sent me an email to let me know they were ready in addition to having the notifications from the package tracker. A nice personal touch. When I arrived at the store he was very welcoming and made sure the shoes fit me properly. All together a nice transaction. I'm very happy with my shoes.
