Great customer service!
Having bounced around various faceless corporations trying to resolve an issue it was such a joy to speak to the helpful Laura at Shuperb who was able to resolve my issue quickly and without any fuss. I'm always a bit nervous when ordering from a company I haven't used before especially where clothes, shoes in this case are concerned - will they fit, will the quality be up to standard, will the delivery be on time?
I needn't have worried. The shoes are a perfect fit, in terms of quality and style they exceeded my expecting, and the delivery was swift.
I would definitely recommend Shuperb, and will likely use them again when I'm next looking for new new footwear.
