Where Is My Refund?
I ordered 2 pairs of boots same boots different colours from this firm via Amazon. The first pair(black) arrived and were too small, I returned them on 1st November and was promptly given a refund. The second pair (brown) arrived a day or so later, obviously they were also too small so I returned them on 7th November - I have heard nothing since! Despite contacting Shuperb via Amazon and the couriers EVRI , I have been passed from pillar to post by all concerned and despite Amazon telling me my refund was issued on 14th December nothing has arrived in my account.
Customer service has been disappointing and disgusting by all concerned.
