Rented a unit due to upcoming building work. From initial enquiry to rental and moving in the team were great. Chris initially spoke to me and was great, he showed me several units of different sizes and prices what would be the best value. Worked out better to get a slightly bigger unit than I had planned which proved to be useful when actually filling it! Would definitely recommend. Newly built, so is immaculate and plenty of trolleys. Mine is on ground floor, but for people on the 2 floors above there's access to 2 decent sized lifts.

Needed storage at short notice, manage to do it all online the night before, hassle free. I just turned up the next day to get a feel of the place before moving my belongings in, and its ran smoothly and all made simple. What more could you ask for.

Store Manager Chris very helpful and helped my niece with a unit in her budget range. Facility is clean and tidy and added bonus of free use of trolleys to move your furniture around.

The storage unit was incredibly clean, accessible and perfect for our storage requirements. Chris and Gary at Bromborough were both particularly helpful in answering all of our questions and nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure they helped us as much as possible. I can highly recommend Shurgard Bromborough's storage facilities and the efficiency and friendliness of their staff make the whole process very smooth and easy from start to finish!

Great customer service from the team at Bromborough. Met Chris the Store Manager very helpful and made sure we had the right unit size as we were new to this. 2nd visit we met Gary who was a great help too and pricing was the best in the area at the time,

Extremely helpful and value for money

My first time renting storage prior to a house move. The online form was simple to use, with all storage units advertised with useful pictures to gauge size. Got the price immediately compared to other well known storage providers who will only take your details and then call you. This way, I was able to book and pay the night before I needed to use it. On arrival I was greeted by Matt who finalised the paperwork (ID check) before showing me where my unit was and how to use the facility. Matt was great, friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I came back the next day with my first load and was greeted by Gary, who again was friendly, making sure I knew what to do. Customer service really was fantastic. I received a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was happy with the unit and given the option to either up/down grade if needed. The unit and indeed the whole facility is clean as a whistle. The only very minor gripe I had, which is a me problem rather than a Shurgard problem is that it’s not 24/7 access. In my rush I saw 24/7 mentioned, but that is the units are secured 24/7, not accessible. However Gary went through the opening hours with me so no issue there. I would heartily recommend Shurgard to anyone who needs storage.
