Ordered something over a month ago, never received an email saying my order was shipped, nor the product of course. Sent them an email and ... *crickets chirping*. Haven't been able to talk to anyone (when I call their posted phone number), but of course they processed the payment.

Just going to call my credit card company and have them reverse the charge. And never going to return, of course.

Have never failed to take my money, and never failed to shut up....what more could you ask for?

Absolutely insane how bad my experience has been with them. I ordered something on 8/16 and it is now 9/10 and its arrived. JK, it actually hasnt even been shipped! It has been "processing" for over a month, I have sent them 3 emails/messages and received nothing in response. Do not buy from them. Trash. Learn how to run a business.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and have only had one initial email, I haven't received a tracking number or another email to say that my order is on it's way. I've set multiple emails and even on Facebook - and they've seen the message, but I am yet to receive anything, or have a response.

Great shirts feel great and for well and the prices are reasonable

I work in retail and love to wear your great shirts. I get lots of positive comments on the art work that you put on your shirts. Only wish I had your company cards to pass out to fellow workers as well as my customers. Keep up the great work and I love the mash ups of different characters that you blends soo well together. This company does not allow returns, and they make a point of trying to keep this fact from consumers. It only appears buried somewhere in the terms and conditions. Online retailers who don't allow returns should say so up front.
This is an issue because I was surprised at how low the quality of their t-shirt material was.

I'm very happy with the product! It's very unique and it was a perfect gift for my friend who loves both Stitch & The Little Mermaid. The price was competitive with other products along these lines. The only negative thing I have to say was that when I placed the order the delivery address and the billing address were different(as it was a gift) but they came up the same and i was told I couldn't change it so the price was on it for my friend to see. Not ideal for a gift.
