0 Star — This company pushed me to the edge. The most infuriating, incompetent, soul-draining experience of my life.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. What we went through with Michelle wasn’t just bad service — it was a complete collapse of professionalism, communication, and basic human decency, in my opinion.
From the moment she confidently sold us on her “special” 8-week shutter delivery — supposedly by train from China, unlike every other company — it felt like we’d been fed a story designed purely to secure our £3,500. Because once the payment was made, Michelle basically vanished off the face of the earth.
For WEEKS, we chased her. Emails, calls, messages — 10 to 20 attempts, easily. Silence. When she finally reappeared, the story magically changed: now the shutters wouldn’t be fitted until after Christmas. Nearly double the time we were promised, right when we needed privacy for family staying over. The stress this caused was unreal.
And the roller blinds? Another disaster. Michelle told us one week for fitting. It took FIVE. And instead of doing her job and arranging it herself, she just threw the fitter’s number at me like I worked for her. I have never seen a “service” business behave with such blatant disregard.
Every step of this process felt like hitting a brick wall made of excuses, silence, and broken promises.
We eventually reached breaking point and demanded a refund. Michelle once again did what she seemed to do best: ignored us completely. We genuinely started to wonder if the business even existed anymore. We had to drag Citizens Advice, the bank, and anything legal we could find into the mess — all because she simply couldn’t be bothered to communicate.
Then after WEEKS of stress, we finally receive an email saying the shutters never arrived at all — after she previously claimed they did — and now she “might” be able to get them from Romania. Absolutely laughable.
We asked for a refund AGAIN. And guess what? Total. Radio. Silence.
In my experience, this company has been an absolute masterclass in how NOT to run a business. Disorganised, unreachable, unreliable, and, frankly, infuriating. I have never encountered a service that made me this angry, stressed, or exhausted.
