Fantastic from start to finish!
Ben was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable and brought a great selection of blinds and shutters to choose from, all at very competitive prices.
Throughout the process he kept us updated and communicated clearly, making everything straightforward and stress-free. The installation was completed to a very high standard and we're absolutely delighted with the result.
What really stood out was Ben's kindness – he even fixed a broken bedroom blind for us at no extra cost, which genuinely made my day.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shuttercraft and will definitely be returning when we need more blinds or shutters in the future. Thank you, Ben!

Didn’t realise there are now so many different types of shutters! Delivery was quicker than anticipated, the shutters were installed with care, and we are absolutely delighted. Just a pity they have to be manufactured in China and not the UK.

From the initial visit to installation the process was great. They were able to fit me in around my work schedule and were very helpful in waiting while l was free. All installation work was carried out carefully and areas were kept clean and tidy. The shutters are very good quality and look amazing. Can not fault the service provided. Only downside was the 10 week wait which was explained at the start. The pricing was clear although not cheap you are paying for good quality materials.

Quality shutters at a great price
We recently had 9 shutters fitted throughout our home by Shuttercraft and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the initial quotation through to measuring, ordering, fitting, and aftercare, the communication was outstanding at every stage. Ben kept us fully informed throughout the process, and any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally.
The shutters themselves are excellent quality and have transformed the look of our home. The fitting was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and minimal disruption.
What impressed us most was the combination of quality, service, and value for money. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, yet there was no compromise on product quality or customer service.

Avoid this franchise
I purchased shutters for the front of my house last year, whilst I was happy with the quality of the shutters, their communication was poor. My delivery date was missed by a number of weeks and it was extremely difficult to get a response from our local agent. It was only after complaining to the head office that I got a response.
Moving on to this year, we've now completed a refit of our kitchen and contacted Shuttercraft to quote fitting shutters to the rear of our house. I messaged our local agent on the 5th April and received a response the same day stating he would call me the following day. 10 days later, I was still waiting for the call and sent another message, which again went unanswered. I followed this with a message through their website, and again, it went unanswered.
I then called the head office and got to speak with an AI receptionist! I explained my situation and a few days later (27th April), I received a voicemail from Jamie who said I could call her back or she would call me the following day. I tried a number of times to call back, the call would not connect and I still haven't received their call to this day.
I've now taken my business elsewhere, were you can talk to real people who care and provide a great service. They also offer a superior product at very competitive prices.

Excellent company- highly recommend
Gene is excellent I can highly recommend this company. Gene does everything from the quote to the measurements and then final fitting. We are absoluted delighted with the 2 sets of shutters we brought. they look fantastic , very neat and Gene took the time to make sure we had a good colour match. Great service from the whole team, we had exterior shutters installed on our house to help keep it cool in the summer, really good experience. Friendly, professional and very quick to install once the shutters had been fabricated, plus the shutters look great!

10/10 service from Matt and his team. The service, quality and price were all fantastic. I have had the shutters in now for over a year and they are holding out phenomenally. They look as they did when they were first installed. Matt is also a great guy which makes the whole process run so effortlessly.

Excellent service from start to finish
I chose this company as i had no hard sell, Andy was the fitter and the person who showed samples. He was very thorough and allowed me to decide. The price was also competative. Shutters take a while to arrive but its same with all companies. Fitted and cleaned up after the fitting. Beautiful job, very happy and thanks Andy for doing a great job.

New shutters.
Jim and his grandson arrived and fitted the shutters in the living room and kitchen. They done a great job.I am over the moon with them (Absolutely stunning) and they cleaned up after themselves. I will be giving them a call soon to get the three bedrooms done and would highly recommend them.

What a difference the shutters make in our room
We are very pleased with the shutters fitted by Ben. The shutters are super and have made a real difference in our rooms.
They arrived within the time that Ben had stipulated and were installed efficiently in a few hours.
We had blackout blinds fitted with them too and were very impressed with the effect of these.
As well as being a quality product, Ben himself was a pleasure to deal with as he was knowledgeable, didn't give us the sales pitch and clearly explained everything. We would recommend Shuttercraft Bedford.
