Both guys came promptly and cracked on right away.
Fitted all the blinds and no mess were so pleased at the way they look.

Fantastic service and excellent quality shutters.
Adam provided a quote along with another 3 companies. I chose Shuttercraft because I liked the quality of the product and Adam’s no nonsense approach.
I was informed of the realistic timescales at the outset, which set my expectations.
The fitting, was super quick and the boys were very clean and tidy.
Would definitely recommend Shuttercraft Harrogate 💯 %.

After ordering our shutters Adam went above and beyond to help fit them.
He came a day early to allow me to have more time to attend a funeral the next day.

From the initial contact with Julie an appointment was made for Adam to carry out a survey. Adam arrived at our home as agreed and, without any pressure selling whatsoever, explained the product to us and carried out the survey. This was followed up by a quotation within 24 hours.
We placed our Order and were given a timescale for delivery and fitting. Julie kept us informed and today the shutters have been fitted. Measuring must have been perfect because they look superb.
Adam was very respectful around the house (2 bay shutters and 3 window shutters) and we are delighted with the outcome.

Very happy with the shutters we ordered. Slight delay due to issues in the Red Sea, but definitely worth the wait. Adam did a great job of fitting the shutters and removed all the packaging as well as cleaned up any mess.
The staff were always very responsive when contacted.
Very happy with the product and would use again in the future.

From coming out and measuring up, to giving us a quote and then through to our install. Everything has been spot on.

Adam was helpful and gave us some great advice on choices. Julie was lovely too on sorting the quote and coordinating the install.

The lead time was longer than anticipated but it was out of their hands.

Cost wise, they were a little more but we feel like we’ve got good value for money.
