It's reasonably easy to make a nice product. I wish the webpage was a little easier to navigate also getting pictures to the right spot is not always easy.
I messed up the mailing address and…
I messed up the mailing address and Shutterfly still came through. The blanket was a picture history of our church members and the homebound lady it was intended for was thrilled!
Error was mine ... but they made it right
The error was mine for not more thoroughly investigating Shutterfly's communication when I was confused. Understanding my problem, they kindly made it right.
2026 Calendar
As my record will indicate, I have been creating calendars for years. This past creation was a very bad experience for the following reasons:
1. Software – the new software package is most difficult unlike the previous one. I had difficulty in accessing my photos. It is more complicated than in the past software.
2. Tech Support - I contacted your tech support three times. There was a language barrier. I could not understand the individual trying to assist me. Finally, on the third try, I got someone that I could almost understand.
3. Customer support - I finished the calendar in late November. I contacted your customer service four times before I received the correct calendar on January 16. Earlier, I received a wrong 2024 calendar.
Obviously, I am totally disappointed in my Shutterfly experience – software, tech and customer support and untimely receipt of the calendar. You can do better.
After ordering a specialized calendar…
After ordering a specialized calendar that came in damaged the company was very professional and not only replaced it free of charge, they rushed the shipment that came in with no issues.
I received a notice saying my package…
I received a notice saying my package was received and it wasn't. I checked with the post office, etc. - nothing. I contacted Shutterfly. They were sending me another order at no cost. The very next day, my original order came in the mail. I contacted Shutterfly to let them know the original order had been received and cancelled the replacement order.
Disappointed to delighted
The original book didn’t come as I hoped. Monique was very helpful in showing what would improve it and corrected it for me. It’s beautiful
Excellent product and customer service
I've made several projects through Shutterfly, journals, calendars, note cards, and photo books. They provide an excellent product and excellent customer service.
I recently called for assistance in making a recipe book. The representative stayed on the phone with me and want me through what I needed to do step-by-step.

Shutterfly has great customer service! I love the products and how there always seems to be something new but their shining star is the people who take care of the customers.
I would not use Shutterfly again
The print quality were OK on my two orders but my first order for a 20 x 30 enlargement was shipped in a triangular cardboard and the container and print were bent in shipping and the replacement was also bent in shipping. My second order for an 11 x 14 enlargement and it's replacement were shipped in a flat cardboard envelope that were folded by my mailman to fit into my mailbox. They should send the larger prints in a cardboard tube and they should put the label "do not bend" on the cardboard envelope.
I love your products
I love your products, I have so much fun making photo books for family and friends. We are a family that loves photos and this is continuing a tradition my mother had of making albums. I also had a shipped item that was lost and your customer service was so helpful and just sent out a new one to my brother who I had sent it to as a Christmas gift. I am a huge fan!
Shutterfly stands behind their products
I was very impressed by Shutterfly's customer service. I called about a defect in a product I had ordered. Without many questions, the service agent said "we will send you another one free of charge." That is confirmation why I make my photo calendars through Shutterfly year after year. I have also started having them make our Christmas cards. I appreciate that they stand behind the quality of their products.
I love my newest Shutterfly photo book…
I love my newest Shutterfly photo book that arrived in today's mail. Just creating it provided so many memories of my recent trip to Croatia and seeing it now that it is completed will make it a treasure where my memories will live on. I contacted Customer Service with a few questions, and I was very pleased with the professional help they provided. The representative I talked to on Oct. 8 (I believe her name was Anna) was exceptionally helpful!
Other companies can learn from Shutterfly
I order multiple photo books from Shutterfly every year and they never fail to deliver great quality. Their customer service is especially excellent.

My original order was never delivered. Without too much hassle Shutterfly produced another calendar and sent it to the address I requested

I ordered a wall calendar. It is beautifully done. I appreciate the great service by Shutterfly
the company has become total trash
the company has become total trash. promo codes no longer work, they get you to sign up for text message and offer a 20% promo code but when you check out it's only good for 5%.
They are advertising 40-50% off all year this year 2026, but all they did was double the prices from last year and tried to make it look like you're getting a good deal this year, but prices are still a little higher than before.
They clearly do not employ customer support from the country they are founded in which is frutstrating on another level.

The end product (calendar)was beautiful. The site was mostly easy to navigate. I paid for expedited delivery and it did not happen (not due to Shutterfly but due to UPS). My expedited shipping fees were refunded so that was appreciated.

The products (Calendar and 8x10 reprints) are beautiful (only one 8x10 picture was cut off).

Nice Product but becoming too Costly
Designing calendar was simple; however, becoming too costly and I will consider utilizing a different company. Item was sent to an old address but Shutterfly quickly sent a new item to the new address.
