I was disappointed when the company recently offered a great promotion that I planned to make a purchase in, but after spending an hour selecting photos, I had some questions for customer service and received no response....so I lost out on the promotion. Not happy about that.

I received an Easel Calendar. This was a replacement for an earlier easel calendar which had very pale numbers for each month. I contacted the chat line and stressed that the numbers be printed darker. Sitting at my desk, I could not read the numbers from two feet away. I was told that this would be corrected with a new replacement calendar. I was pleased to receive the new calendar in short order, but was shocked and disappointed to see that the numbers were just as pale as the original calendar. I have ordered easel calendars in the past and the numbers were always dark and easy to read. After this experience I will hesitate to order another easel calendar again.

Very easy and effective way to make calendars. Improves every year. Saves the information from previous orders and you can use it. Needed some help from the customer service. Received it immediately and had all problems solved. Will come back next year!

All of the items that I ordered came out great. The pictures were laid out exactly as I wanted them. One of them was a gift; it went over big with the receiver which really pleased me.

My first order was lost in the mail and it was replaced at no cost to me. I appreciate the polite and professional service. The photos were excellent.

I had bought a shirt for xmas for my son in law and it shrunk bad. I got ahold of customer service and instantly they offered to replace it and pay shipping, no questions asked ! How refreshing!!!! My son in law was so happy ( because it had a pic of his 10 month old baby girl on it ) Because of how they handled this is will absolutely shop here for years to come !!!

I had three consecutive orders with Shutterfly: one for my grandson's 10th birthday; one for my granddaughter's 12th birthday; and 18 for my book club yearbook. The birthday books arrived perfectly. The yearbooks, though, had blank pages at the end of all 18 books. Shutterfly refunded my money for the 18. Then gave me a discount on the reprinting of another 18. I can always trust Shutterfly to produce an excellent produce and also to treat their customers fairly

This did not arrive in the expected delivery date but 11 days later.

The tools for assembling a photo book are pretty straightforward and easy to use. The final product looked a little rough around the edges of the book cover and maybe could have been glued on better.

The book I got was a great deal. But there some kind of mark on one of my pages in the book. It’s still a great book, I just wished there wasn’t any errors with it.

I ordered some canvas in a frame prints of both of my kid's wedding pictures. They turned out beautiful! Customer Service was so helpful with the set up and I love them! I've ordered yearly books for my grands with pictures form that year and they are equally as nice of a product.

I have made seventeen Shutterfly books over the years to celebrate family times and vacations. It is such a nice way to revisit good times! I frequently get a copy for our son and his family. I have also made Christmas cards and Christmas ornaments, and address labels.
Everything has come out very well.

I have used Shutterfly for many years to document my wonderful trips, experiences and family memories. I love the ease of using most of the website. I love how quickly I receive my product after I’ve ordered it. This all makes me happy!

Shutterfly has done an excellent job bringing our memories alive through their craftwork. We are enjoying our photo coffee cups, calendars loaded with photo memories, photo magnets, and metal photo tags which we will use as Christmas ornaments in December of 2026. We’ve made all the craftwork above for ourselves and as gifts for birthday & Christmas presents.

i AM SO PLEASED WITH MY TABALE CANVAS PORTRAITS. EASY TO MAKE AND PRODUCT IS PERFECT IN DESIGN AND COLOR. HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE LEARNING ALL THE NEW TECHNIQUES IN PRODUCING BUT LOVE HOW IT ALL TURNED OUT.

I wanted to make a simple poster of photographs to celebrate two things - one was all of our pets that are no longer with us - and one was a memorial for the death of a loved one - very happy with both of them.
