We cannot express enough thanks to both Naj and Marcin. From start to finish, our experience with Shutterly Fabulous has been absolutely exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and the level of customer service they provided was truly outstanding.

We needed some of our shutters and framework temporarily removed to allow replacement window panels to be fitted, and Naj promptly arranged for Marcin to carry out a survey. Marcin explained the entire process clearly and honestly, making sure we understood that some minor damage could occur during removal, although every care would be taken.

Naj then arranged for Marcin to remove the shutters the day before the glaziers arrived and return the following day to reinstall them. As expected, there was a small amount of damage, but this had been fully explained to us beforehand and was handled with complete transparency and professionalism.

Marcin’s skill and craftsmanship are second to none! You would never know there had been any damage, in fact, you wouldn't be able to tell that the shutters had even been removed. We are absolutely delighted with our shutters and equally impressed by the exceptional customer service we received throughout the entire process. The communication from Naj couldn’t have been any better. An absolute pleasure to deal with them both. Thank you!

Stuart was our Shutter Specialist. He was friendly & professional & provided us with great advice when we were choosing the spec.
We were also lucky to have him for the installation process where his workmanship was meticulous & superb & he left the area spotless afterwards.
He also spent some time going through the operating & aftercare process in detail.

Fantastic service from start to finish Josh Graham was our surveyor and fitter, I cannot praise him enough, explained everything perfectly, and did a first class job with the installation, also all completed from initial survey to install in a little over 3 weeks, highly recommend the company and Josh, thank you.

We recently had shutters fitted by Luca and we honestly could not be happier with the entire experience.

From the very first quote appointment, Luca’s attention to detail was second to none. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes enormous pride in his work. He talked us through every option with genuine care and professionalism, and it was obvious from the start that he really knows his craft.

Not only is Luca exceptionally good at what he does, he is also a genuinely lovely person — warm, personable, and easy to have around. By the end of the job he honestly felt like part of the family! He was also brilliant with our two-year-old dog, which meant a lot to us.

Luca works incredibly hard and is meticulous in everything he does. He cleans up as he goes, pays attention to every little detail, and simply won’t finish the job until he is completely happy with the result. That level of care is rare to find.

The quality of the shutters is absolutely superb and has completely transformed our home. It genuinely feels like we’re living in a new house — they’ve added such a beautiful finishing touch to every room.

We cannot recommend Luca highly enough. He is a complete professional, an absolute workhorse, and someone we would recommend to anyone without hesitation

Reshad Allymamod both measured and fitted my shutters. Reshad did a fantastic job and I'm absolutely delighted, our room has been transformed!

We are so pleased that we went with Shutterly fabulous, they had a great range of options, fantastic prizes, but most importantly our fitter, Luca, was just incredible. He was everything you would want in a tradesperson, honest, diligent, communicative and a perfectionist. He ensured we were fully aware of all the pros and cons of everything we were considering, took his time on the measurements and then would not leave until he and we were 100% happy with the installation he had done, we were straight away as he did it perfectly before he asked us to take a look. I cannot speak of him highly enough and I only wish we could use him for any work we needed on our house.

Shutterfly Fabulous are just that. Very speedy arrangement for our measurements to be taken. Great advice from Daniel who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We’re now waiting for our shutters, and looking forward to seeing Daniel again in a couple of months when he comes back to fit them. Our experience so far is that this is a company who looks after customers, and offers great service and beautiful shutters.

The person who followed my case was a great professional Viktor M, he is very kind accurate and responsive. The organisation is remarkable as they send right away someone to show you the sample and take the relative measurements, the same person the install the product once this is ready. Shutters look fabulous, very high quality product

I visited John Lewis to book an appointment, this was done within 30 minutes with a Saturday appointment.
Greg the consultant was going to be late however we received a phone call to let us know.
Greg was very knowledgeable and gave us ideas we hadn't thought of. He described how the shutters would work and the best system for our doors.
After paying deposit later that day we received confirmation and a £50 John Lewis voucher.
I look forward to seeing them in place.

Craig came out did all measurements and sorted out very competitive price and will be back in 12 weeks to fit. Very smooth experience 👌 so be leaving another review after fitting. But up to now smooth transaction

Our experience has been very positive . The person dealing with our queries and orders over the phone could not have been more helpful. Matthew who came to complete the measuring of the window was punctual, polite and provided us with the information required. Hopefully this high level of service will continue through to the fitting.

From start to finish the customer service was excellent.
During the quote process we received some excellent advice which helped us select the best product for our house. The installation by Mat Hulson was smooth and without fuss. Quick and clean. No hesitation to recommend

I have just ordered my shutters Darren our fitter came and measured on time very professional and helpful.
Ordering and paying deposit was easy. I did have a amendment to make after my order was placed I was a little worried as T&Cs state no amendments once ordered is accepteed, which was under 24hrs. However this was dealt with very quickly, a email confirmation of change, and no problem at all. The lady on the aftercare team was lovely .
I will update after installation but really looking forward to receiving them. So far 10/10
