From quotation to completion, the service provided by Shutters by Design was outstanding from start to finish.

Lee arrived to measure on the agreed date and time and was professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly non sales pushy. He took the time to discuss the various options available and advised honestly on the most suitable shutter blinds for our windows. We were given a realistic timeframe and the communication throughout particularly via email was excellent.

Every member of the office team I spoke with were warm, friendly and extremely helpful.

A special mention must go to our fitter, Andy, who was genuine, friendly, tidy, and highly professional. His workmanship was exceptional and thanks to him our shutter blinds fit perfectly. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result.

During the quotation, Lee walked us through all the options, answered every question, showed us samples and made sure we were comfortable with the process before installation began.

The shutters look absolutely amazing and have completely transformed our home - we opted for white plantation shutters. The installation was done by Michael - he was brilliant! - efficient, no mess and with great attention to detail . You can tell he takes real pride in his work.

We've just purchased shutters, Venetian blinds and pleated honeycomb blinds from Shutters By Design for our new home. The experience and service were excellent. All the people we dealt with were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and the company offers a big range of options. Our windows were professionally measured and all the blinds fit perfectly. The quality of the blinds are good and the lead times were exactly as we were told. The installers were skilful and did a neat job. We recommend this company.

We ordered vertical blinds for the downstairs area which were fitted a few weeks ago and we are very happy with them. Yesterday we had shutters fitted to all the front rooms. They look fantastic and already seem to be doing a great job of blocking out the hot sun which we get all day at the front. All the fitters and shop staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary cleaning cloth and chocolates was a nice touch. Definitely recommend. Thank you from Carole and David.

All round excellent service from start to finish. The initial measuring up was done really swiftly after our first expression of interest. This was followed up with a second appointment to make sure everything was correct before the shutters were ordered. Excellent in store experience when choosing the shutters and blinds. Lovely staff and excellent service when the shutters and blinds were fitted. Would definitely recommend. We had previously used the same company about 10 years ago and we received the same excellent service then.

Really pleased with our shutters, they are beautiful and exceptionally high quality and fitted perfectly. Had them installed on 4 windows, all different sized windows but each one looks fantastic and marries up perfectly with the window panes. Would definitely recommend Shutters By Design

Excellent service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, friendly and non-pushy service from the lady in the shop and also Lee who came to measure up. The shutters arrived on schedule and were fitted by a 2 man team in less than 2 hours. Again they were very polite and friendly and very clean workers. The gift box was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service and staff, very efficient from start to finish, can't praise them enough . Initial advice was spot on and it as changed the look of the house completely and they act as another thermal barrier to compliment the double glazing. Absolutely thrilled

I’m so pleased with our new shutters. From quoting to installation, we were kept informed of progress. They take a while to manufacture but that’s where the quality comes in. Beautifully fitted. Great service overall. Good value too as I was quoted more than double the price by a major competitor. Also great choice of blinds. All in all A1+++
