I bought a Myndie balance bike for my granddaughter - it's a great as a first step into cycling and excellent value. The service from Shyre was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

My second purchase from this company and equally as delighted this time as I was last. Excellent quality and value kids bikes backup by first class customer service. My grandkids love their Shyre bikes. With 5 grandchildren i am sure to be back!

Great bike, great communication, friendly service.

The bike was delivered via courier, who kept us fully updated. Bike (Red Hopton) looks fantastic, is sturdy yet lightweight and all you’d hope for a child’s bike.
Bike did arrive with a scratch in the paintwork as it came assembled and the peddles were hanging off the handlebars - the peddles must have bounced against the bike in transit. However one email in to Shyre and Kev immediately got back to me and arranged for an immediate replacement - ensuring it was still here for my daughter’s birthday. I ended up with the bike the next day!! Second bike was in a box and required partial assembling (I was asked first if that was ok). Kev sent me a link to the video on assembling - was all straightforward and assembled quickly. Kev even emailed after a couple of days to check all arrived at on.
Would absolutely recommend!

We have purchased two bikes for our children from Shyre bikes. The first has taught our boy how to ride a bike and he is now confident without stabilisers. We have also brought the balance bike for his little sister. Customer service has been brilliant on both occasions and any minor issues we have had have been sorted professionally and promptly.
We love supporting local businesses and would recommend this company to any families looking for safe, reliable and excellent qualities bikes for their children

Absolutely first class, so pleased with the bicycle we ordered for our grandson. Bike delivered within two days as promised. We only needed to attach the front wheel which was made really easy by an excellent video on the website. The bicycle is really well made sturdy and looks good.Grandson was delighted with his new bike, taking it out for a ride straight away. A happy boy. Would highly recommend Shyre Bikes

Great Bike for the 8 Year old to move up to. its was a little big for her but she seemed to get on it and pedel away. nice and light, well balanced. Easy to assemble out of the box. good price too.

Another great bike.
The price point for what you get is amazing. This is the second bike I have purchased from Shyre.
Previously ordering a 16” for my daughter, and this time a 26” mountain bike for the step daughter.
Delivery was perfect, called 1 hour before, called 5 minutes before delivery to confirm and with me not at home followed instructions perfectly.
The communication from Shyre is great for a small UK based company.
Will be ordering my daughter the next size up at some point and it will no doubt come from Shyre.

Great company and beautiful bike delivered in very quick time as I left it so late upto Christmas.

Small hick up on arrival with no fault at all to this shop and I contacted them right away and they couldn’t have been anymore helpful and apologetic.

All round great people and would happily buy from them again.

The picture online doesn't do this bike justice. It's absolutely amazing with thick, chunky tires. Highly recommend. My son loves it.

The bike arrived within the period I had expected and upon opening was found to be of good quality and easy to build. Initial experience of my grand-daughter riding the bike is that everything works well. Good value at this price point.

Great service all round from placing of order through to delivery. We ordered the Eastie and it is of high quality and my son absolutley loves it. Would highly recommend.

Bike arrived quickly and well packaged. Looks like a quality product which will be great for our five year old who’s keen to start hitting the trails. Very happy.

Shyre Bikes advert is not accurate, when reaching checkout I was charged £20 delivery fee for living in Scotland. If I had not shown my grandson the bike I would have cancelled. They did add a few goodies to compensate slightly. Also delivery company did not keep us informed about delivery the bike was left in an unlocked shed overnight. I luckily found it at 6am one morning when it wasn’t due to be delivered for another few days. On a positive note the bike looks good.

Great communication from the team at shyre from the moment I placed the order. They were happy to answer any queries and gave a realistic ETA. They helped me get over a delivery issue via parcelforce which was something out of their control but they still kept me updated all the way through and pretty much had another delivery sent out to me right away. Amazing team at shyre. A pleasure to deal with and the bikes are great for the kids too. Ordered the 20 inch and 24 inch for the boys and they threw in some free helmets aswel. Great experience

Fantastic service. Ordered bike for grandson having previously purchased one for our grandaughter who loves it. Order placed in the morning and expected to collect next day. Pleasantly surprised when Kevin offered to deliver the bike the same evening. Fully assembled and ready to go.
The bike is great. Lightweight, sturdy and with just the right amount of gears for the bike. Even includes a stand. Fantastic product

Amazing customer service. I ordered a bike for my grandson's 4th birthday. The colour that I chose was not available for immediate despatch. Shyre bikes took the trouble to telephone me to ask if I would like to select a different colour, or wait for the original colour choice. As I wanted it to arrive in time for my grandson's birthday I chose one of the colours that was in stock. The new bike arrived exactly when Shyre Bikes said it would and my grandson is thrilled with it. It is very sturdy and well-made, but not too heavy for a four-year old.
