I ordered my product in early December but did not receive my product even though payment was taken. The tracker says it’s out for delivery but nothing ever arrived. Tried to get hold of company but without success. This does feel like a scam stay clear.
I havent received my order yet that i placed on Nov 25,2025. X2 bionic V3 massager with order nimber 1048. The tracking carrier said it has been return to sender, yet i havent heard from the compay. I sent few emails inqiring about it but no answer.
My package has still not arrived buz thats not the Problem i havnt gotten a tracking number nor a tracking status its been now almost two weeks of no hearing from the company nor my package i hope for maybe an answer here my order number is 1049

The massager itself is perfect, works exactly as described and feels amazing to use! The only downside was the delivery took a bit longer than expected. I asked the seller about it, and they explained that it ships from their warehouse, which takes more time. They also mentioned that if I want faster delivery next time, I can pay a bit extra for express shipping. Overall, really happy with the product
