Bought 3 pairs of joggers as gifts for my sons Christmas. One colour did not match description described as grey but more khaki. Returned 26th December which was the earliest i could following receipt on christmas day which was accepted by Siarr where they sent a postage QR code to then be emailed on 2nd Jan to advise not accepting the return as outwith 14 days and no refund would be processed and requested £5 postage to send the item back to us. Returns policy is extremely poor with no understanding from the company. Most companies offer extended returns and understanding of christmas purchases and returns. Will not buy from this company again due to this and very poor service.

This is now my second bad experience…
This is now my second bad experience with this company.
The first time, I placed an order that was marked as delivered, but it was never actually delivered. After a lot of back and forth, I eventually received a refund.
Because I liked the product itself, I decided to give them another chance and placed a new order on December 1st (a tracksuit). Shortly after, I was told the package was stuck in customs. Since then, I’ve only been asked to wait.
Today is December 31st almost one full month later and I still haven’t received the item nor a refund. Customer service says they can only refund once the package is returned to them, but as a customer, that is simply not acceptable. I paid for a product and after a month I have nothing to show for it.
Delays can happen, but the lack of ownership and slow resolution is very frustrating. Two orders, two problems. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed in the service and won’t be ordering again.

If l could give no stars l would, bought son knit joggers for Christmas, he had them on a couple of hours that day and Boxing Day.
They bobbled pretty quickly, l sent an email to complain, a few emails back and forth, outcome was they basically said l was lying and damage was caused by something else, Wish l could include pictures.
Great customer service and fast delivery
Ordered two of the gillet one puffer and one crinkle quality is great but didn’t really like the style of the puffer I returned it which was a straight forward process just order another gillet in grey and customer service has been amazing and next day shipping . I was skeptical at first but so far great company and great service would definitely recommend and I’ll be ordering a lot more from them going forward .

CHEAP QUALITY MATERIALS
I ordered from SIARR the items turned up and was ridiculously big ( massive oversizing issue) the puff hoodie set feels cheap and didnt look new and the Gilet reminds me of the fake clothes you get from the market. Totally overpriced for what you get.. be warned.
Also if you want to return the item they will find any reason they can not to return and charge you for the process or they will keep the items you tried to return.
AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT I THINK 90% OF THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

Poor customer service
I ordered a package to the wrong address and they amended it immediately after the order was placed. After I contacted them and they assured the address was updated. Only for them to have mistyped my address. I explained that the receivers of the parcel had sent it back via royal mail and could they send out another one. They refused to send out another package until they received the return delivery. I ordered over a week in advance of when I needed these clothes and because of their mistake i wont receive my order for when i need it. Poor customer service.

Never received my parcel. When I went to customer service for help they were dismissive and hinted that I was committing fraud. After looking through other bad reviews it appears other customers have been having the same issue. I do not recommend

I’ve ordered from Siarr on multiple occasions and always received exceptional customer service from their team. The quality of their clothes is also great and delivery is always super quick. I will definitely continue to buy from Siarr in the future!
I was really impressed with the quality…
I was really impressed with the quality and fit of the jeans I purchased. I Had to exchange an item, the whole process was great! I didnt even have to leave my house as you can arrange royal mail to collect the item from your front door, without having to print any labels.
Will definitely be shopping with SIARR again.
