Please I beg no one order from this complete shit site their clothing sizing is off cuz they use shit quality so a xl bottoms are large they don’t bother to exchange nothing knowing this their support team is complete shambles just another cheap shite clothing brand and their store is just a shite little rented room makes sense.
Been a customer of Siarr for over 3…
Been a customer of Siarr for over 3 years now and have never been disappointed in the quality of they’re clothing.
They always come out with new interesting styles and would honestly buy the whole store if I could.
Customer service is also great they respond very fast and are always friendly.

I ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size, sent it back and requested a refund but they ignored the request and sent me an exchange instead, I ordered a bigger size for myself as I needed the item by the weekend. I ended up with two jackets and the exchanged item was sent without any receipts or order number so sending it back was awkward. I managed to send it back finally and they wouldn’t give me a refund, instead offering me a credit note. I have paid for two of the same item yet they are holding the item I sent back as they want me to pay a delivery fee for their own mistake.

Ignores Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Was about to purchase, however I notice they have this illegal clause

This completely contradicts the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Anyone affected : just do a chargeback and you will get your money back.

I would urge anyone affected by your illegal returns policies to *completely justifiably* use a chargeback to get their money back.
The law is very clear:
> When you shop online, you can change your mind from when you place the order up to 14 days after receiving the item. This is enshrined in law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once you’ve changed your mind, you then have a further 14 days from the day after cancelling to send off or hand back the order to the retailer.
> It doesn’t matter why you’ve changed your mind. These distance-selling regulations apply to all purchases where you’ve bought the item away from the seller’s premises. That includes purchases made online, by postal order, over the phone and through TV shopping channels.

Ordered an essential set of joggers/bottoms set and arrived the next day. Absolutely beyond words with the quality and level of service, returned the bottoms in exchange for another size. My most favourite thing about what I bought is the no embroidery, I love unbranded clothing, already ordered a second set.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service.
My latest order was marked as “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. The so-called proof of delivery was an image of the parcel in a man’s hand outside my porch. absolutely no confirmation the parcel reached me. I also never selected a safe place
I reported this to Siarr immediately, expecting a prompt resolution. Instead, I waited around a week for them to file a claim. I assumed they would be proactive as I’m their customer, not Royal Mail. Now, I’m being told to wait another 30 days while Royal Mail review it.
Their customer service has been completely dismissive. Even though I still wanted the clothes I ordered and not a refund. They follow the protocol yes but they do not care about their customer base, it’s easy to see while in communication with them.
As a whole the experience has been really disappointing. Instead of sorting the issue, Siarr seem more focused on blaming Royal Mail. But under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I know it’s Siarr who are responsible for my order — I have no contract with Royal Mail.

I’ve shopped with Siarr multiple times over the years and considered myself a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed that.
My latest order was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. The so-called proof of delivery was a vague image of communal stairs with someone walking up them — absolutely no confirmation the parcel reached me.
I reported this to Siarr immediately, expecting a prompt resolution. Instead, I waited 11 days just for them to file a claim. I assumed they would handle things proactively, but I was told if they didn’t hear from me, they’d assume I had received the items — a baffling and unfair stance. Now, I’m being told to wait another 30 days while they “investigate.” That’s potentially 41 days without the items or a refund.
Their customer service has been unsupportive and dismissive throughout, repeatedly using phrases like “as informed previously” and “as per our policy,” with no real empathy or accountability. It feels like they’re doing everything they can to avoid issuing a refund — quick to take your money but painfully slow (and resistant) to return it when something goes wrong.
This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. I won’t be shopping with Siarr again
