I never received my order and I’ve sent dozens of emails with no response. There is no phone number to call, just email. This company is nothing but a scam that takes your money!

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER! It has been 2 1/2 months. I have disputed my purchase with Venmo and that is taking over a month so far. The website contact for this shop NEVER responds. Do not waste your money. It is a scam “store” based in India. Screwing over Americans.

Order never received
I placed an order 7/23 received confirmation and on 7/28 received a “shipping” confirmation; however it was marked that the label had been created, the item had not shipped, as of today 8/12 I have not received the item nor has the shipping status changed. It still says label printed, nothing else.
I have attempted to contact customer service three times with zero response. Just a horrible experience so far. Very unhappy.
