So far very pleased

Honest, honourable, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Proper care cuts out the risk of food poisoning. In my case a ski holiday to an Austrian resort was ruined by the kitchen staff not washing their hands properly, Sick holiday fought my corner, supporting the solicitor, to secure fair compensation.

Success after failed complaint to the tour operator.
We complained to our tour company and got nowhere, after hearing this on the radio we contacted Sickholiday. We found the team at really helpful, the process took around 9 months which was slightly longer than expected but both myself and my partner were paid out around £2,000 each. I would highly recommend them.
