I’ve been ordering from them because they have good food and recently they have charge already for Cash on Delivery so I had to do the ONLINE PAYMENT. After the delivery, there’s 1 item undelivered because it was not available. After 1 week, I still didn’t get the refund. Saeeb just promise me about the refund then after 1 week of follow ups he endorsed me to a marketing team Uzair which when I asked He don’t know also about my refund. So I just wasted 1 week with Saeeb without any results and now I have to explain again to Uzair everything. So don’t do online payment with them because refund is not their thing. And Uzair told me they have lot of cases it means its not being resolved

Rotten or unacceptable so called beef and veal tenderloin. Please see pictures. Things can happen but not fixing them within 5 days is unaccptable. All of a sudden the delivery guy and driver don't speak English anymore ?

Got a call today that they will deliver my orders and insisted that I wait for it but NOBODY DELIVERED AND NOBODY INFORMED ME WHY. THESE PEOPLE SEEM TO BE MINDLESS. DONT ORDER YOUR CUSTOMERS TO WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY AND WASTE MY TIME FOR NOTHING!

I've been buying from Sidco on a weekly basis for almost a year. I've been buying mostly Ready To cook, Meat and Poultry, but recently tried some of their Vegan Burger. Products are always fresh, delivery is quick and easy. Products come in big boxes that you can send back for reuse - like the environmental friendly touch. Can recommend to anyone.
