Order a wolf jacket on 1/9/21 and payed $35.99. Have not seen or heard from them. Going to bank to see if i can get money back but its two months so far. Also on credit card i have amounts i do not recall

I placed an order for a beanbag chair on January 30th 2021 and still have not received it. Today is March 5th, 2021. They dodnt answer your emails either.

I ordered 1 bean bag and still waiting i called my bank and I have disputed charge i ordered Feb 10 and called my bank today Feb 28th. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

Also ordered 4 coats in total for me and my mam, ordered 21/01/2020 but still not received anything. I’ve sent them multiple emails and still haven’t got a response and my order still says “awaiting shipment” definitely got to be a scam! It also changes its names as it says sidegem here but also towncute in my email... beyond a joke needing a refund!

This is a SCAM. They take your money and post awaiting shipping, they do not return emails. They also change names often they also have town cute and others. They steal your money.

I ordered my coat and its been more than a month still haven't received it. I even paid for fast shipping.

Scam. Call your bank and dispute the charges.

CALL YOUR BANK! i was refunded instantly by Lloyds when i called this this afternoon. it isn't too late. i ordered a coat 14th of Dec after seeing your reviews, i immediately called them. the asked for the order number and that was it. DO NOT let them get away with it.

I’ve never received my order.. I ordered a coat January 12th and still have not received any update emails or anything.. I’ve emailed them several times and get no response.I’m so angry and I can’t even get my money back

These people are scammers. From December order status is saying awaiting shipment. I bought 2 coats and i want my refund

I ordered a coat on December 19 th 2020,It is February 10 and still no coat. I have email them multiple times and no response. I so upset I don't know what to do. No Phone number or address to contact them . this is such a scam.

I ordered two coats on December 7, 2020 and I have not received anything yet and it’s Feb. 10,2021. Tried to dispute the charge through my bank and was told I have to contact this scam ass company to get a receipt of refund and can’t contact these people. Something needs to be done about these fake folks advertising on FB and any other social media platforms

Hello all, I found that if you payed online by card, you can contact your bank and ask your money back !!! I already did it and now I am waiting for chargeback.

Order a coat December 08, 2020 today's February 8th and haven't yet got my order and thay don't answer any the of there emails they have no contact number unless you like to give away money for free you can keep ordering from here Add from all the reviews I've read I am not the only person they scanned Every can work together we could shut down the accounts they have multiple accounts

I ordered a coat on December 29th today is February 8 order status still staying awaiting shipment definitely a scam... And the funny thing is my credit card alerted me when I ordered this coat and I still push the okay button stupid me.... and when I Google the address it's an electric company😡

Scam avoid,nothing but rip offs go by different names luckily I got my money back through the bank..

i ordered 6 coats and paid them $ 160 in december 2020 and i still haven't received anything, they don't respond to my emails. what can i do, can the site apply for a refund? Can I report them? I am from Croatia.

Me and my mom have no food in our house and these awful people scammed us she spent her last money on a coat for me !so angry 💔
