Would not give a refund even though i had all tags albeit not attached.
You gave to remove to try on!

Hi Karen - thanks for leaving this review and I’m sorry for the frustration.

Because our items are sold as brand-new, we can only accept returns if they’re unworn and in the same condition they were sent, with all tags still attached. If tags have been removed (even if they’re still included in the box), we’re unable to resell the item as new, which means it becomes ineligible for a refund under our returns policy.

100 Scammer shop selling Nike don't even have themselves and keep telling me different answers am really feed up now.

Big red warning on this company they have it all and gladly take ur money but never ever any deliveries.

Hi M H - I’m sorry you’ve had a frustrating experience, but we want to clarify something important.

We sell limited / sold-out trainers, including pairs that can be many years old. In most cases, Nike (or the original retailer) won’t have these available anymore - that’s actually the entire premise of the resale market. That doesn’t mean we “don’t have the item”; it means the item is sourced through our supply network and then processed before delivery.

That said, you shouldn’t be getting mixed messages. If you reply here with your order number (or email help@sidekicks.co.uk), we’ll confirm your order status immediately and give you a clear timeline - and if there’s been an issue on our side, we’ll put it right.
