Great materials, great fits!

I ordered online and paid 19 June 2023. Since now 27 July I did not receive my order. Their service did not respond to several mails, and only told me to contact postNord. They tell me to make once again a claim to Siden Selma. But they do not deliver and they do not refund me my money. They do not react and respond at all!

First thing to do after arriving in Stockholm for my annual sailing period every summer is to drop by at SidenSelma to buy myself a most valued pare of silk underwear.
It comes not out of the blue.
I inherited the knowledge from the previous owner of my boat now 15 years ago. She showed me a drawer of her late husband ( the former owner) with the most fabulous silk stockings, hand gloves, underwear and scarfs. I did not know fabrics like that to exist.
She handed it over to me and told me ( had the same size) that it would be a most valuable asset to sailing a boat. And it did!
So since then I return every season to add some nice silk articles to my collection. Great gifts they are too. My whole family runs about in silk garments these days haha.
Speaking of gifts. The sales people at the shop are ever so careful to pack it all very nicely in fine paper with colorful ribbons. A joy to every receiver.

My last purchase was online last week. I made a mistake with my size. Wrote them an email for alteration of the order and got a reply within 24 h with the correction and a swap for an article, which proved more expensive than the original order, which they offered me for free very generously.
I short: Great shop, very devoted sales and office staff and always the best product ever to be had in silk for my 15 years of experience. Have a go at it. You will never be disappointed!

I paid over 2000 kr for items that I did not get and they company send it in not secure shipping method and now they dont want to take responsibility about it I been having ongoing emails for 1 month they wasted my time and energy and money and I did not get my items thier customer service is really bad and they keep wasting your time and blame it over you instead of saying we are sorry we send you another one or refund you they think it's ok to take your money and not send you the items
I had told them a negative review will keep people away becarfull and dont waste your money on this website now I had open dispute with my bank to get my money back
