Excellent service
Although initially there was a problem with delivery, it was not Sidequest's fault. Once I identified the issue their customer service was brilliant, item was resent by 24hr delivery and has now been received.

Excellent service. I had bought three of four limited edition Pokémon anniversary figures for my son for his birthday but they had sold out of the final one. I found you by chance and not only was the figure the exact one I needed the price was the same as I had paid for the payment there, the shipping was more than reasonable, the information on dispatch etc was awesome and it arrived in time for his birthday! Thank you so much for your amazing service my 23 year old little boy will be delighted:)

Very impressed.
My son picked up a Luigi plush at Comic Con and really wanted the Mario one as well, but they had sold out.
His birthday was coming up so looked everywhere for one and all I found was the wrong size or dodgy fake knockoffs.
I stumbled across Sidequest and not only did they have this item, but it was genuine, the size I was after and at a great price.
I thought I had left it too late to have it delivered before his birthday.
But it arrived less than 2 days later, and even over a bank holiday weekend.
Other retailers need to take notice of Sidequest with their genuine products, good pricing and fast delivery.
If this was a game sidequest then you definitely won!
Really impressive, and made a 7 year old very happy.
Would highly recommend and will be shopping here again.
