First time vist today as not had a Ford for some years (although my Focus ST has bee before).
Had a service plus some electrical isues to sort out, fully understud the problem's, great service.

Booked my Focus in for investigation into slight moaning noise from near side rear during slow left turns. Notified by engineer of a sticking rear brake caliper. All fixed on the same day with new caliper and new pads both sides.

From the first time I visited them I was very impressed .
Everyone very friendly and helpful
When they came to pick my car up I was pleasantly surprised to see Peter a man I have known for many years come to collect it and even bring it back to my house

John Dwyer the service manager was wonderfull nothing is to much trouble for this guy. He booked the car in collected and delivered it back same day. The whole team at the garage were superb. If only all main dealers were more like Sidney Jacksons the world would be a better place

Brilliant experience without doubt the best service Ive ever enjoyed as a car owner. My car went in for an MOT and all was done within an hour. The waiting room is comfortable with free drinks available and TV. Staff were all first class.
Highly recommended.

My daughter and I collected our car from Nick and Hilly this weekend. We have had the most wonderful experience and customer service from them both.

Sidney Jackson obviously take pride in what they do. Excellent quality cars, traditional care and honesty, excellent communication and fair prices.

We had asked for some advice and a couple of alterations to the car, to make it more specific for our needs, this was done without hesitation and just as we had wanted.

Everything was taken care of for us, no hassle at all, a totally fantastic experience from start to finish.

Emailed garage to enquire about a car Nick called me back was very friendly told me all about the car and sent me pictures so went ahead with purchase he was always available with any queries with paperwork or any questions I had , I travelled down from Scotland and met Nick in person found him friendly and courteous not push in any way gave me time to look over the car and was as he described a stunning example and certainly not disappointed travelling that distance so happy with my purchase happy to deal with a very nice truthful salesman and garage
