Be warned before purchasing!
This company has a decent product, however I was unable to get this pillow so that it was comfortable for me, and I found it slept too hot. The issue I have is with their “100 day return policy”… they say you can return the item for a full refund, but you have to pay to ship the item back to them, and you had to have not removed any of the tags. I’d like to point out first that the pillow has inflated, so it no longer fits in the box It arrived in. If you are asking people to spend approximately $20 to return it, and the pillow is around $55, then you are not issuing a full refund at that point. Secondly, I’m not sure what they do with these pillows once they are returned, but I truly hope they are not reselling them, because that would be disgusting. If they are donating them, as they claim, then why would they care if the tags were on or not? Some of those tags on pillows are large, and noisy, and it’s common practice for consumers to remove them for comfort reasons.
this company also has no discernible process for returns. When I reached out by email, I got a response three days later that said “Sure. You can return. Here is our address….” There was no attached RMA or authorization form to put in the box, so I guess I am going to have to wing it at this point, and hope that my return actually gets where it’s going.
In hindsight, I wish I had purchased this pillow on Amazon. The returns process would have made a lot more sense, and the overall experience would have been less expensive for me.
