Worst delivery services ever and poor quality!
I brought the polar tights as well as a polar legging, the first one is already full of lints and the second one is not well-fitted despite following the size indication.
At first the customer service was great as they sent back another package when the first one was lost. However, it changed quite quickly as I never got any information regarding my second package and no answers to any emails I was sending.
Plus not even a French product as it comes from China.

The shopify app is terrible and it appears my order is stuck in China. NO ONE is responding to my emails! Product is not en route and now it all seems pointless.
Also, I ordered these products because I thought they were coming from France--because I wanted to avoid terrible shipping experiences. Alas, no. The website is complete false advertising and I'm absolutely furious. All the negative reviews are spot on. Wish I had read them before I ordered.
