First order, excellent outcome!

I was planning my first order from Siebenrock for a while now, carefully choosing the items I needed for my R100RT (conversion to S). I ordered everything and delivery was fast. Upon arrival, I checked and I was missing two hinges for the seat, as I didn't know they were not included in the seat order. I immediately called the guys and had a brief conversation. A day later they sent me a follow-up email that they have what I'm looking for and the next day of payment they shipped. I received them really soon, once again pleased for their professionalism, speed and kindness. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants spare parts for BMW boxers etc. Really good quality seat and mirrors and really helpful guys on the phone in English.

Great shop for BMW parts.

I ordered a topcase for my BMW at Siebenrock. I guess they were 50% cheaper than other dealers.
There was no problems in the ordering and paying process.
Afterwords i found out i had forgot something, and i sent them a mail. The forgotten item was added, i paid via PayPal and today i recieved the package in perfect order.

I will reccomend Siebenrock if you need parts for your BMW.
