I bought a beautiful dress. The dress ran large , the dress did not fit well. I emailed customer service. They gave me clear directions on how to ship it back. I chose to get store credit.. it was an easy process. Customer service emailed me back to let me know they received the dress and I saw my credit on my account.

Impossible to return an item!!

I ordered two dresses on 8 April, and they arrived on 20 April. The event I needed them for was on 18 April. It is what it is; it was my fault for ordering too close to the event date.

I didn’t even try the dresses on, as I was no longer able to wear them. That’s why I requested a refund.

Here is the timeline:

1. 27 April – I submitted my refund request.
2. 28 April – They asked for pictures of the dresses.
3. 28 April – I sent the pictures immediately.
4. 29 April – They confirmed that I was eligible for a refund, but offered me the option to keep the dresses instead of receiving a refund.
5. 29 April – I said I would like a refund.
6. 1 May – They made another offer for me to keep the dresses, but still did not provide any information about how to return them.
7. 1 May – I replied as soon as possible and confirmed that I wanted a refund.

Today is 2 May, and I still haven’t received an answer. I still don’t know how to return the dresses. I’m pretty sure they will try one more time to convince me to keep them.

I just want to process a return and get a refund!!! But no process at all so far. Would I shop again?? , definitely NO!!!!

I ordered some heels for my wife, but the sizing came back a lot smaller than we thought it would be. The customer support staff rectified the situation immediately and painlessly, counter to the experience I'm reading from others. All I can say is that, in my experience, they were great and the clothing is of the highest quality.

First time ordering from Sierra Darien, absolutely love the quality and stunning dress.
size was big for me and I had to return and get smaller size.
I contacted customer service team for some help on exchanges and returns due to size. They were ever so helpful and came back to me with so many options to help me. Will come back again for sure!

Bad experience. First of all my order took almost 3weeks for me to received and then once I received it and tried on my dresses I emailed them the they were beautiful but they didnt fit and that I needed a return label. Its now been a week and a half and they have not sent me to getting a return label or responded to my email.

Had a wonderful experience with Alison. I was extremely stressed as I needed a dress for a wedding and the shipping had been delayed. Alison was very helpful and reassuring.

Absolutely loved my experience with Sierra Darien! The quality of the dress exceeded my expectations the fabric was beautiful, elegant and looked even better in person. The fit was so flattering and the detailing made the outfit feel very luxurious and unique.
I received so many compliments wearing it and felt incredibly confident in it. Shipping was smooth and the overall experience from ordering to receiving the dress was amazing. Definitely one of my favourite outfits I’ve purchased and I’ll absolutely be shopping again. 💕🎀

This company is a scam and I wouldn’t buy anything from them again. My dress arrived crumpled and clearly not of good quality. It’s also too small for me. I’ve asked to return it four times but the company has been incredibly difficult. The website states returns from Europe are to Romania but they’ve finally sent me a return label with a return address in Chicago.
I’ve noticed on the reviews that they’ve asked American to return good to Romania,they just seem to want to do anything but give you a refund.
It’s a massive con!

I placed an order on April 1. It’s been three weeks and I still have not received my item.
When I sent an email, they asked me if I wanted to trade for a different item that would arrive sooner if I wanted a site credit. I asked them if it hasn’t been sent. Why can’t they just cancel my initial order. They said it was too far along the process to cancel yet they can send me a whole new item -Because logically they never sent my initial item. I am now out of the money I spent for the item and I don’t have the actual piece of clothing that I ordered. Please do not ever buy from this website.

Very nice quality and affordable price.
They have the best customer service very helpful and friendly.
