I just tried to book a physiotherapy appointment via this website. After payment was taken the website crashed and no appointment had been booked when I logged back in, but they had taken the funds from my account.

Tried email them and the contact email they provide via their website is invalid.

Because they payment was done via bank transfer my fraud appeal option are limited.

Tried to login in today to sif.neath portal and they have deleted my profile.

Avoid this business

I had recently had a sports massage from a lady “Joni lambert” she was absolutely fantastic. Faultless to say the least. She knew what she was talking about and extremely helpful from the start. She massaged my quads, hamstrings and back niggles that I had and since the massage I have felt no niggle what so ever. I have to admit that the following day after the massage I felt like I had been hit with a bus 😂 but a solid 10/10!! Thankyou! And I’ll be back the end of April for round 2!! Highly recommend.

Really respectful company run by a great team who understand the therapy business and want to help. Happy to help and happy to provide an opinion and what is more important happy to disagree and agree to disagree.
Provide a great product which is helpful to general business.
