Great products, Delivery process not so great!

I really love the products. It was exactly as shown online, however the delivery took much longer than it predicted. When I checked out, it said 2-3 days, it took a little more than 1 week. Also, I couldn't track my package - the links didn't work, it kept saying ''error''.

The jewerry are very fine and beauty in pictures but I do not receive the order. It not new, last time I do not receive it at all.

Lovely quality present

Happy customer

I first saw Sif Jacobs watches while visiting Denmark and fell in love. I found the website and decided to order. Ordering online was easy and I was emailed immediately. I was extremely pleased with my watch when it arrived. It came faster than I had expected !!! I will enjoy wearing my Valeria watch every day!

It’s the delivery service that’s the issue, not the webshop.

Edit: Since the original writing of this review Sif Jakobs got in contact, apologising for the delay and they offered to ship the same necklace to my address again. It arrived two days later! Different delivery service and all trouble is resolved. Thanks so much for that, excellent service in my opinion. Original parcel arrived the day after, so now I have two. Sif Jakobs asked me to return one at my own discretion, which I of course will do.

How can I be anything but unhappy. Mid November, I found a beautiful necklace on the website and ordered it, paid upfront. Now it’s mid December, haven’t received the package, haven’t heard from customer service despite my emails and the tracking service doesn’t work so I have no idea where the package is if sent at all. But I did get an email with the question how satisfied I am with my purchase…pretty expensive way to get some attention!
