Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, very responsive and helpful. Products were exactly as described. Would definitely order again as I had issues with the shiping company and they were greatly accommodated by the agents.

In my previous review on Sightful.NL I explained what a bad experienced I had with their service. Sightful mentioned that they offered me a full compensation. This statement shows again why this site is not trustful. They offered a discount with the next purchase. No Reimbursement but discount. After mentioning them this fact, and the fact their statement is not correct, they came and stated that they can offer me a reimbursement of 8 Euros for one lens. Someone thinks you can buy only one and ware. Somebody thinks that we did not need to send to garbage the other lens ? Can you buy a pair with 8 Euros ? I do not need anymore no discount and no reimbursement. I have a long chain of arguing EMails from Sightful. I am sure that they will reply with another statement that is incorrect. Will be the customer choice if it worth to trust them when buying a new product.

Sometimes it happens that a contact lens gets damaged, we've tried to help out as best as we can from the first message we received from you. In this, we stated that we couldn't process a full refund when one contact lens has been damaged but that we'd love to help out, regardless of how the contact lens got damaged.
We've offered you compensation for the damaged contact lens through a discount code, if any of our used wording in our replies caused confusion we sincerely apologize for this. The discount code is still yours to use.
