The lenses were at a cheap price and still from a quality brand and I got a good deal with the cleaning products.

A good experience
Before I chose to shop at Sightful, I checked other available websites where to purchase contact lenses and I have to say that the layout and descriptions at Sightful are much more understandable and easy to use, also the prices were lower. The shipping was fast and I received everything in a good condition. I will definitely use Sightful from now on only.

slow delivery, good price
I placed my first order with sightful since they had a really good offer at the time. However in total it took about two weeks until I received the correct order. After week 1 they managed to send me one of the two lens boxes, plus a wrong one., but the other one was missing. Then I had to send emails back and forth with customer service, which was very nice and in the end send me the missing box plus offered me a 10% discount on the next order. Further, I was asked to return the wrond box, which I did.
I hope this does not happen too often. Luckily I did not need them urgently, but still some annoyance caused.

Your order indeed contained 1 wrong box, which we had to re-order from our supplier. Since your order had toric lenses, this unfortunately meant we had to wait a few days for that delivery.

Would use again
I recently moved to the Netherlands, so I was searching for a place where I could order lenses on a regular basis. Looked at a few websites, and chose Sightful because:
- prices are good compared to other websites I've seen
- I don't now Dutch yet, and I loved that Sightful has a language switch, so I can use English
- as a web developer, I really appreciate the website, cause I feel like good ones are very rare nowadays in e-commerce: it's fast, I like the minimalistic design, and the checkout experience was nice and easy.
My first and so far the only order was lenses and a big pack of fluids for them, delivery was fast and the order correct. This order will last me for about half a year, but the next time I need lenses I intend to use Sightful again.
