This company claims they deliver the next day if ordered before 22:00 h. Well, they don’t. So far, they seem like scammers. I placed an order on Sunday evening expecting the lenses to turn up Monday or Tuesday morning at the latest, but still no sign of them and no communication from the courier. I contacted Sightful customer service Monday and they said their courier DHL was experiencing delays in delivery in a tone like this was somehow my problem. Actually, this is far from my problem. As a paying customer, I expected Sightful to deliver the service they promised, however I’ve been lied to and totally played. According to DHL, they don’t even have the parcel in their posession, which means Sightful has not even dispatched the lenses yet. This company has completely betrayed my trust and they are so getting a chargeback through my CC. I will also report this to Trading Standards. This is a theft.
Do not spend your money with these scammers. There are plenty of other online contact lenses sellers.

Hi Mira, let me start by stating that we completely understand your disappointment when your order wasn't delivered on Monday after your order before 22:00 on Sunday. If your contacts are stocked, we ship them the same day, which means delivery next day.
Unfortunately, DHL is facing a delay on some of our shipments which also affected your order. We've been communicating updates through email, along with a compensation for the delay. Even though the track&trace currently is not displaying correct information, DHL processed all delayed orders yesterday which means your order will be delivered today.
We can't seem to find an order on your name from Sunday, nor can we find a customer service conversation. If you still have questions, please let us know through WhatsApp on 085 -2250 208 or email through service@sightful.nl. We're here for you :)
