From the beginning to the end David was on call and helpful in planning the kitchen and bedroom.
Tim, the manager, also checked in with us on occasions. The odd problem that occurred was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The workmanship of the units were stunning.
Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Sigma 3 and would definitely use again.

I had my kitchen design meeting with Emma Randall in the Abergavenny showroom. She made many helpful suggestions on the layout of the kitchen which was being installed in a property undergoing major renovations. The layout has exceeded my expectations. I now have more room and storage than I thought possible. I was kept informed throughout the process from the design to the installation. The kitchen units were professionally installed by Jamie and the worktops by Andy and his colleague. All did and an outstanding job. I am very pleased with my new kitchen. Many thanks to Emma and Sigma, Abergavenny.

I have recently had a SIGMA kitchen installed and couldn’t be more pleased. Superb quality cabinets and worktop. The process from design to installation was exemplary. Dean and Craig from Sigma Colchester Ave couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and accommodating and the fitter, Mike, recommended by Sigma, was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish, our experience with Sigma3 Kitchens has been nothing short of exceptional. Renovating our forever home and choosing a brand new kitchen can be very overwhelming, but Melina from the Esher showroom made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely exciting.
Her knowledge is outstanding and she took the time to really understand my vision, family lifestyle, and how we will use the space day-to-day. She was able to show us every cabinet, drawer, appliances we chose so the final design felt completely tailored to us. She even helped us designing our new utility room which is very functional.
The installation went very smoothly too and we can now enjoy our dream kitchen and utility room too.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Sigma3 Kitchens to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free kitchen renovation experience.

Fantastic Experience at Sigma Abergavenny
We’ve just completed a project with the Sigma Abergavenny branch, and the whole experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Every member of staff was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we got exactly what we needed.
A special thank you goes to Emma, who took the time to really listen to our requirements. She gently refined our ideas and transformed them into a design that fits our utility room perfectly. Somehow, she managed to incorporate an integrated fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and even a brilliant step‑in corner pantry. On top of that, she helped us create a beautiful hand‑painted coffee and tea pantry complete with a small breakfast bar — a feature we absolutely love.
We also decided to uplift our seven‑year‑old Sigma kitchen worktop and upgrade to a Quooker tap, and the process was seamless. Sigma truly can support everything from top‑of‑the‑range kitchen designs to smaller, more focused projects. Don’t hesitate to pop in and ask for advice — we were genuinely surprised and thrilled by what was possible.
A big thank you as well to Dave, who organised the fitter and delivery with impeccable timing. His communication throughout was absolutely faultless.
Overall, Sigma Abergavenny exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended

I recently purchased fitted kitchen units from Sigma for my large walk-in pantry.
The reason that I used Sigma was that I had previously used them 12 years ago for a fully fitted kitchen.
To say that the kitchen has stood the test of time would not give the comment full justice. It's still as good as when it was fitted.
The communication between myself and members of the team was very good and each member was obviously a professional in their role.
The delivery and fitting of the units was punctual and up to the standard that I hoped and expected.
If the occasion arose that I needed to purchase similar products in the further I would make Sigma my first port of call.

From the start of the design process to completion, we had great service. The team were patient, responsive and professional as we explored options and made constructive suggestions. The final product is of a high quality and looks fantastic. Lots of choice and showroom helpful for seeing the kitchen mock ups and cabinet colours. Highly recommended.

We were looking to construct a dream kitchen for a brand-new extension in our home. We visited Sigma in Swansea and met with Eleanor. She truly listened to what we actually wanted, what our priorities in the kitchen are and how we wanted it to feel, and she left no stone unturned in the design process. Budget constraints in other parts of the project meant that ultimately we couldn't go through with our dream kitchen, but we couldn't recommend Eleanor highly enough as a designer. We know we'll be back one we have the budget for the kitchen we really want.

We recently had our kitchen designed and installed by Sigma 3, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
Tom, our designer, truly knew his job inside out. He offered a wealth of advice and guidance throughout the process, helping us make the best choices for both style and functionality. His attention to detail and expertise made a huge difference, and we felt confident every step of the way.
Dean, our kitchen fitter, also did an amazing job. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding, and the finished kitchen looks absolutely incredible. Everything has been fitted to perfection, and you can really see the care and skill that went into it.
We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sigma 3 to others.

After a failed kitchen project with a different company and a year of upset and stress Sigma 3 Kitchens at Culverhouse Cross held my hand and took me from total despair to absolute delight!
Plans were comprehensive, designs were detailed, schedules were met, nothing was too much trouble. The results are amazing.
The designer spent hours with me, thanks Becca! The Sigma 3 Kitchens team along with their recommended exceptionally skilled fitter, expert electricians, glass/worktop installers, delivery guys and waste collectors were friendly, happy and true professionals. In just over 3 weeks, and in time for Christmas, my house became my home again with a stunning kitchen, boot room and bar.
I would recommend Sigma 3 Kitchens to everyone who is starting their kitchen journey. Save the headaches and nightmares and use this trusted firm, you won't be disappointed.
Thanks Sigma 3 Kitchens (big shout out to Liam too) for helping me get my life back and remembering how to smile again!

We love our kitchen!
There are so many kitchen companies out there and often the only way to choose is based on recommendation, in this case Sigma3. We are very glad we listened to that recommendation! We had the outlines of a design and with a few other ideas and tweaks along the way we had a fantastic design. Dean was very knowledgeable in the Colchester Av showroom. It helped massively spending the time to look at each unit and configuration in the showroom to be clear on what we were going to get. He suggested ways to stay in budget. Every step was smooth and managed well from design, order, delivery and fitting. Dennis completed our install and resolved the few snags very well with the wider team. They worked well to coordinate with other trades on our wider project too.
We have been living in our kitchen for 3 months and it is wonderful. Everything was done in time for Christmas too.
The only fault was remembering which cupboard or drawer we had put something in!

Cant fault it! Show room, designer, fitting and installation all great. They are not the cheapest but the quality and service make it it worth paying the bit extra.

We had researched lots of different kitchen makes, obtained quotes from Wren, Howdens and German Kitchens, I wanted quality and decided Wrens were not for me, on quality and reviews, Howdens did not put any effect into the design, German Kitchens were nice but I was concerned that everything was made in Germany and any required replacements would take an age to rectify, then I was driving past Sigma 3 Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff and though I would pop in, well it was love at first site, the quality was outstanding, just the feel of the units and the finish, quality rang out. Then the kitchen designer, Jonathan filled me with trust, I was sold when he said, if you had any issues, like a broken door, he could just pop to Bridgend to pick up the part. So I went away, told my husband and he returned with me for a kitchen design with Jonathan, my husband was equally taken with the quality and Sigma 3 were then onboard to design a wonderful kitchen for me. They were great designed and checking the smallest detail, numerous people checking the design is correct and every detail checked to make sure it will work without hitches. So from the first design in October to the order placed in December, to fitting in February, it has all been smooth running. After sales has been amazing and when I checked the kitchen and found a small fault in a door, they arranged a visit immediately and ordered a new door for me. Cannot fault Jonathan and Louise and Edward for a great design, amazing kitchen and also a great price.

From initial design to final fitting, the process went well
People turned up when they said they would and minor snags were put right. The whole process removing the old kitchen and fitting the new one took three weeks and disruption was kept to a minimum. Would recommend Sigma 3 to anyone embarking on this type of project.

We were looking to have a new kitchen and utility room, as well as a refurb of a downstairs cloakroom. We visited Sigma 3 in June 2025 as part of an initial review of kitchen suppliers in the area, ahead of a provisional date for a January 26 install.
We were immediately greeted by Tabitha (Frazer Blanks) who chatted to us about what we wanted to achieve and explained what Sigma 3 could offer. She talked us through Sigma 3 products and we were immediately put at ease. When visiting other showrooms, we were either ignored or treated as another number. The conversation with Tabitha felt personal and that she listened to what we wanted. We arranged for her to come out and measure and we discussed the space in more detail. A week later, we went to the showroom for a free design appointment. Tabitha had pretty much nailed it from the conversations that we had. Our main aims were to lighten up the space, as the previous kitchen had a lot of black, which was not to our taste. We wanted to maximise storage and to make more efficient use of the space in a more intuitive way. I wanted to have a very natural, Scandi, vibe, with light units with accents of natural wood. Tabitha then took us through her recommendations and option, with illustrations from the kitchens that were present in the showroom. We were under no pressure to make a decision, but almost immediately decided that the service and quality of the design and goods, meant that we were going to proceed.
We decided that we would also use the services of a Sigma 3 recommended installer. Tabitha passed on our information and Mike Whileman came to see us and quoted for the extra works, of ripping out the old kitchen and prepping for the new ones. He was really friendly, approachable and had a wealth of experience. He provided us with a complete quote which included the plumbing and electrical works, which he would provide via third parties. He said that he would project manage it.
We had another appointment then with Tabitha in August 25 and finalised the design. There were a few tweaks from the first design, but the bare bones of it were what we decided on. Tabitha was patient when I wanted to see every sink in the design and changed my mind multiple times. I feel that she really listened and ‘got’ my design style. She designed a bespoke dresser unit which was completely different to anything else we had seen. It was a relatively small kitchen where we were limited as to how much we could change, but this set it apart. Similarly, I wanted a clutter free utility room, and some bespoke cabinetry in there gave us what we wanted.
Mike Whileman and Bob then fitted the kitchen in January 26 and were a pleasure to work with. They also did some additional works for us in our cloakroom. They were friendly, knowledgeable and had years of experience – and it showed. Nothing was too much bother, they were so clean and tidy (given that the weather was awful) and they just solved any problems without us having to sweat it. The quality of workmanship was phenomenal and the attention to detail was spot on. Luke (the plumber) and Adam (the electrician) were great and also did some extra jobs for us and Luke, especially, went over and above with the cloakroom plumbing.
We were communicated with at every stage and the job went smoothly. I can’t express how happy we are with our kitchen, both in terms of design, quality of cabinets & appliances and the workmanship. From the moment, we spoke to Tabitha on the first day, to her visit last week after installation, we felt like valued customers. It wasn’t the biggest kitchen, nor was it the most expensive that they could have designed, but it was personal, it was ‘us’ and we always felt that we had a ‘customer first’ service.
Thank you to Tabitha, Mike, Bob, Luke, Adam and the rest of the team that were behind the scenes. You were fantastic as is the product.

We were more than happy with the excellent service, planning, design and installation of our new kitchen that we received from sigma 3, Abergavenny. Barbora, our designer, was extremely knowledgeable about her product and designed just what we wanted. Our fitter, Karl who also did our prep work, was brilliant, project managing everyone else involved resulting in a really smooth installation. We would be happy to recommend Sigma and the whole team.

Excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly company. This is the second time we have used Sigma 3 for designing and fitting our kitchen and we would certainly recommend their services. In fact we were so pleased with the first kitchen, we bought exactly the same kitchen a second time!

From the beginning, we met Ryan who came along and helped us design the kitchen his knowledge, design and expertise was excellent. He guided us through the whole process which we greatly appreciated.
The installation went to plan and the kitchen fitter Chris, which we were assigned was also exceptional.
This is our second kitchen we have had installed by Sigma over the years and would highly recommend them.
The quality is stunning.
