I've been buying Sigma products since 2012. However, my Sigma Rox 11.0 was blocked, so I contacted Customer Service and asked them to help me resolve the issue by explaining clearly where the problem was. They didn’t give me any advice. They only told me that they could try to repair it if I sent it to them, but since there was no longer any warranty, I would have to pay, and they were unsure whether they could repair it.
So, I told them that for the same amount of money, I could probably buy a used device similar to mine, so I wouldn't send it to them. I just wanted their advice and explained clearly what was wrong. Afterward, they didn’t even reply to me.
This is how they treat customers who are loyal to their products and who recommend them to others. So, I repaired the device on my own, and in the end, the solution wasn’t so complicated. However, it’s disappointing that this solution wasn’t suggested by Sigma’s customer service team. If they were unaware that my solution could resolve the issue, it raises concerns about the level of expertise within their technical support team.
