Costumers Service of Sigma Sport

Hello,
I've been buying Sigma products since 2012. However, my Sigma Rox 11.0 was blocked, so I contacted Customer Service and asked them to help me resolve the issue by explaining clearly where the problem was. They didn’t give me any advice. They only told me that they could try to repair it if I sent it to them, but since there was no longer any warranty, I would have to pay, and they were unsure whether they could repair it.

So, I told them that for the same amount of money, I could probably buy a used device similar to mine, so I wouldn't send it to them. I just wanted their advice and explained clearly what was wrong. Afterward, they didn’t even reply to me.

This is how they treat customers who are loyal to their products and who recommend them to others. So, I repaired the device on my own, and in the end, the solution wasn’t so complicated. However, it’s disappointing that this solution wasn’t suggested by Sigma’s customer service team. If they were unaware that my solution could resolve the issue, it raises concerns about the level of expertise within their technical support team.

Poor standards of product

Bought a Sigma Buster 2000, had to have it replaced 4 times (manufacturing default), now they are not helping. They sell sub-standard products so I would avoid. I've also tried to leave reviews on their distributors sites like Bike Inn of whom don't seem to post negative reviews, so don't believe what you see/read!

Returned unsuitable item, refuse to refund it

I returned an unsuitable item as agreed with the retailer in advance of the return and when they received it back they said they refuse to refund me for the item, yet they are keeping it, on the basis it was bought while on offer. I.e. As if I’m a charity helping them as I return the unsuitable item having paid for it and they keep it without refunding me for the item.

The staff are utterly useless and were unable to muster any amount common sense to resolve the issue.

It’s little wonder nobody is buying from them and they’re going under.

Fine bicycle computer Sigma BC10 for…

Fine bicycle computer Sigma BC10 for an year an 220km "Im not bicycling that mouch i got a car😉" But now it was not possible to get the wheel magnet and the Sigma BC10 to work at all! No matter how close and what position i put the wheel magnet. So i trough it for carbage... I wouldnt waste time and at least 20 email to the support.😧 Next time i will find an Cateye or nothing.

Superb bike computer

The BC 12 is a good replacement for my old and tattered 700-series bike computer I used for 5 years or more and over 30000 km.
High-visibility display good for sun and shade (backlit!) and a very trustworthy mount with easily attachable gear.
Perfect. Period.

Sigma ROX 12.0 lost in the process

On 11-20-2021, when I went out with the bike for the last 30 minutes, it started to rain. I got home without any problem and in the afternoon I detected that water had entered the screen of the Sigma ROX 12.0.
The device was sent to the seller Deportvillage and after about 4 months!!!!!! the appliance returned with the same fault.
In view of this, I contacted Sigma-Sport and sent it with identification number DSK-156292 at the beginning of April. It was issued. After 2 more months I get in touch and they tell me they have returned it by DHL already repaired with tracking 00340434135161689778. After 3 months since I sent it to Germany to the manufacturer and after more than 7 months since the device broke down, the device is lost and Despite sending an email to the manufacturer in which I inform him that by sending the package to the wrong address, there is no response from the manufacturer.
Sigma Sport is showing a fairly significant degree of informality and carelessness, and after the sale is made, it does not take responsibility for the failures of its devices. 7 MONTHS AND NOT HAVING SOLVED THE PROBLEM and in fact LOSING THE DEVICE show that the AFTER-SALES SERVICE IS TOTALLY ABANDONED.
