I had a lower face and neck lift plus blephroplasty 4 weeks ago 24/03/2026. All the staff were lovely the theatre staff amazing, I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure! I have never had any surgery before but can safely say I’d go back in a heartbeat! I had all aftercare calls no issues at all! The only minor thing I personally would change is the reception area it’s used also as the waiting room which is not ideal but was perfectly ok! I’ll be back Dr Carlos

Follow Up Appointment
I am very happy with the upper blepharoplasty I had with Dr Carlo Debbas back in October 2024, it was a painless procedure, which was followed up by regular after care. I was concerned about one of my scars being slightly thick, a follow up appointment was made soon after I contacted the clinic, and it was advised to have lazer treatment on the area, and I am just waiting for the appointment.

Had a neck lift , mid face lift and upper eyes
Had a neck lift , mid face lift and my eyes done , I’m not going to lie it wasn’t that bad but I wouldn’t do it again 😂 everyone was so nice , I’m glad I chose signature I was going to go abroad , I’m so glad I didn’t , I think they’ve done an amazing job, considering what they had to work with 😂, everyone compliments me I am genuinely very happy with the results so far as I’m only 6 weeks post op.

Outstanding Surgeon, team, procedure and aftercare
This procedure was my first ever surgical treatment, i had never had any operations previously, so i was quite nervous and overwhelmed with having the treatment. However once i arrived at the clinic my nerves had subdued due to the friendly staff, i had a prescription for medication prior to the procedure and completed the paperwork then i was taken in to the theatre for the procedure, i honestly did not feel a thing, not even the local anaesthetic. I was so relaxed and i just remember one of the nurses gently hold my hand, which i thought was a lovely gesture. I have since had several reviee phonecalls and appointments and the aftercare is outstanding. My absolute thanks to Dr Abdelhady and his team.

I’m disfigured, and it took over 5 MONTHS to get a n official response to my complaint- AND they still haven’t addressed my complaint in full, only part of it. Secondary gynecomastia surgery…
Secondary gynecomastia surgery performed by Dr Ahmed Alsayed. Dr Alsayed did not perform my initial procedure and took on this revision procedure immediately and with no push back at all when presented with the issues from my first procedure.
This is despite himself, bearing no responsibility for the initial procedure with the sub optimal result. I am now 6 weeks post secondary surgery and I am already very happy with the results of the operation.
The operation itself was carried out in a highly efficient manner, the surgeon and team were great and the facility I attended (Birmingham) is very relaxing. The staff will put you at ease and alleviate any concerns you may have. Health checks are carried out prior to any work being carried out to ensure you are in good health and the aftercare team follow up regularly to check in. They will provide advice as required and address/refer any concerns that you may have.
As a side note and separate from my experience, a family member of mine wanted a facial procedure that she doesn't need and attended a consultation for these potential works. She was advised that she doesnt need these works and there is nothing that they (Signature Clinic) can do for her. This was the correct answer and shows morality and ethics.

Highly recommended
Very friendly staff, once I was in the surgery room, they made me feel comfortable and the procedure was over quite quickly. many pre surgery calls and post medical calls to ensure everything was ok.
I only have 2 comments:
1. It was expensive and when paying for a private service you’d expect to turn up at your appointment time and go straight in (give or take 30 mins) I was delayed over 2nr hours.
2. I should have had the option to stay in and be cared for by the nurses for at least 3nr days post surgery, I live alone with a 3 year old and having to change dressings and manage pain was extremely difficult.
Overall experience was very good. Thankyou.

The explanation, empathy and understanding was excellent throughout. Due to another operation I was forced to delay my surgery and the admin team were great. My questions were sometimes silly and detailed and they always answered thoroughly and with empathy. The aftercare has been first class

Surgery and staff were perfect.
Experience was great the procedure went smooth, the staff was excellent, 10/10 only slight issue is with their phone communication at times I was getting called from 2/3 different numbers located in different parts of England asking about the same thing, one person would say that every thing is good to go leading up to the surgery, but the next day I would get a call from a different number that I still need to provide another piece of information for this contact. nevertheless the experience was amazing and smooth with no complications would recommend.
