Had a competition that they stopped after taking my money. They did email to explain they had decided to stop running comps and would refund. However 9 days on no response to my two replies. Cowboys....do not buy from them.
I won £50 site credit which was credited straight away, I also won a spin mop on an instant win which the guys delivered to me.

Awful unprofessionalism. Started well then accused of breaking rules. Just sloppy. I can't help if I win big elsewhere and choose to share that money on your site and invite others to start a journey of comping too. Disgrace to the community. Sad to write this.

You stated the second account was for your brother, however, when asked for his name so we could simply update it on the system you failed to provide us with the details required. Unfortunately due to not being provided with the relevant information and our communication with you, we were lead to believe that both accounts were in fact yours and that is against our terms and conditions.
One of the best competition site out there. I've been lucky enough to win a few times with these guys and the prize is with you within days or instantly if you win a cash prize. My last win unbelievably was a Holiday for 4 in Turkey in a 5* and the guys are happily working it so that my family are going to be all catered for in the hotel choice. When playing with signature competitions I love the fact that the competitions are drawn when they are supposed to be regardless to whether or not the full amount of tickets have sold!
