Its a scam. Do Not Pay

I got no response from them in 14 days since purchase. I think it is a scam.

Avoid this company until they can demonstrate basic customer service.

I purchased The Artisan Signature Gold Plan four days ago and have received absolutely no updates or communication from Signature Crafters since my payment was processed.

No one has contacted me to ask for the name I need the signature for.

I sent a follow-up email two days ago requesting a status update on my order, but haven't received any response to that either.

This feels like a scam. You take payment immediately but then go completely silent.

I am starting to doubt this is a legitimate business. If you're going to charge for custom signature services, the bare minimum is communicating with your customers after they pay.

Update: Still no response after multiple attempts to contact them.

The design team provided excellent customer service with prompt responses to all feedback. They presented multiple design options to choose from, which was appreciated. While the creative aspects could have been more innovative, their efficiency and professional approach made for a positive experience overall. The final result met my requirements, and I would recommend their services to others looking for reliable design work with quick turnaround times.

I love my signature! Everything was done in and delivered on a timely manner. Even faster than I expected.

Received a perfect signature. they took all my wishes into account and really made sure that I was absolutely happy with it! highly recommend!

After 3 back and forths, the final signature still came out not as agreed and on top of that it tilted upwards almost diagonal. To what use to I have of such a signature? I thought calligrahists know how to write in a straight line. I am so frustrated. I ended up ordering a new signature via ArtLogo instead and am super happy now. In a nutshell, I wasted my money once, and ended up needing another company to do my signature. that is double the expense!

When the initial response to my order seemed to take too long, Signature Crafters quickly responded and took care of the issue... The final work from them was very professional and pleasing. I'm happy to use one of their offerings as my new signature. The accompanying video was very helpful for me to learn a couple of nuances in the new signature.
