Love my new house sign

Love my new house sign. It’s funny how something simple makes a difference to the aesthetic. Number and road name. Arrange of colour and fonts. Lots of choice. The ordering process is simple and you are shown a sample. When the sign arrived I could see it is good quality. It was simple to put up. Very happy with it.

Excellent product but standard of service weaker

The product was excellent.

My 3 star rating refers to the fact that SIgnomatic could not confirm my VAT registration but did not contact me about this. I needed the order in the delivery time advertised for an important event. When I contacted them, worried that the order had not arrived, there was a flurry of emails to try to sort the situation out. Things were more difficult because Signomatic had no telephone contact available during the summer. Signomatic were helpful, although they did not appear to recognise the seriousness of my situation, and I do not know what would have happened if I had not taken the initiative.
After a long drive to the courier's base, I did pick up the order just in time, but this added stress, time and cost, to the process. Would return for the product but am wary about aspects of the service.

Regarding the VAT issue: whenever a VAT registration cannot be confirmed, our system automatically sends an email to request the correct number. In this case, that notification was sent on 20th July. We completely understand that emails can sometimes be overlooked or filtered, and we’ll review how we can make these notifications clearer going forward.
