SCAMMERS!! I brought a 4 piece garden set from these absolute jokers and was sent a smashed up table. Customer service is a joke, don't answer the phones, ignore in app messages and leave you sat there with damaged goods. Id avoid at all costs if you don't want to be out of pocket and stuck with unusable damaged goods.

Absolute rubbish. Bought an office chair from them off ebay and the piston popped. Neither them nor eBay would help. They just asked random questions and asked for random photos and then blanked me. Total garbage.

Wow , This company has no clue , Saying items have been dispatched when quite clearly they havent , Still waiting on an order from last weekend and their tracking says details with Fedex , Fedex have no idea about my order as they havent received it still , best part is we have just expanded and were looking for a reliable supplier , our expansion would of meant at least 23k a month in orders from us but ..... well now due to a combination of their bad customer service (emails ignored) and blatant lies about items shipped and also the reviews on here we will now be sourcing a different supplier and wont be giving these people the time of day anymore , Their loss is someone else`s BIG Gain.
Awful!
Awful!! Purchased the item waited 48 hrs for a tracking number waited another 48 hours for the tracking to update, can't get a reply or any sense as when I am to receive the item all this before the item arrives and after seeing the reviews I do not think I want the item any more. I have tried to cancel but can not get a reply about that!!!
This is how its done the right way
I recently ordered a box of sublimation mugs from Temu, these were to be shipped from Signzworld. To cut a very long story short, Temu also used Amazon to carry the box. Amazon mixed up the deliveries and I received a USB cable instead! When I contacted Temu they refused to refund or replace as they had prrof of delivery - a photo showing a small A5 packet wedged in my letterbox. Hardly a box of coffee mugs!! Two further appeals gave nothing in way of replacement or refund. Out of desperation and by pure chance I found the contact details for Signzworld here on Trustpilot (Temu refused to provide contact details other than SIgnzworld in China). So I sent an email outlining what had happened and how annoyed I was. I didn't really expect anything from it, but!! Shortly afterwards I received an email from Yuri at Signzworld here in the UK, not only apologising for the mess which wasn't directly their fault, but offered to send me a replacement box of mugs at no charge. To his credit, the box of mugs arrived today. Obviously I am pleased not to be out of pocket for a box of mugs I had paid for and have ended up who knows where, but that even though this was not directly the fault of Signzworld they have stepped in where Temu failed and rectified the situation. We are all too quick to complain when things go wrong, myself included, but I think it is equally if not more important to highlight the matter when companies not only get it right as we expect, but go that extra mile to show that all customers matter, even the small fish like myself. So I say a massive thank you to Yuri and to Signzworld in the West Midlands for stepping up and showing you do care. I know where I will be buying future sublimation products from now on.
Not a reputable company imo
They promised a refund if I returned the item to them. I had to pay £8.60 to return by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, but they wouldn’t refund. I am elderly and cannot afford to lose over £70. Messaged them loads of times telling them when I checked the tracking it showed delivered 18 October, but they just kept writing the same thing asking for the tracking number which I no longer had as it had been delivered and I expected a refund within a few days. Not a reputable company. Eventually Amazon stepped in and got me a full refund including postage but this company were not going to budge, it’s only Amazon that saved the day.

Fraudulent Company
Awful company to deal with. Ordered a heat press which was ‘dispatched’ 5days after initial order. It never left the premises…if they even had the item to begin with.
Called the company and they weren't able to confirm if they even had the item id ordered in stock.
Emails answered occasionally but with no actual information.
Opened a case with PayPal and requested a refund and was told it would be with me in 2-5 days, it didn’t come.
PayPal decided in my favour and refunded otherwise I don’t think I’d have seen my money back or my item.
Fraudulent company which I would 100% recommend avoiding.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Just waited in all day for a delivery that didn't arrive. They said It was being delivered with fedex and was dispatched last week. So I check the FedEx app and they haven't even got my parcel. There are obviously selling stuff that they know they haven't got. Do not use this shitty company

Had two electric blankets ordered and sent but both unfortunately were faulty and had broke within weeks. They replaced the first one but broke again within a week of having the item.
Request a refund several times but have not heard anything from the company in over a week.

smash proof mug boxes are awful
I ordered 200pcs smash proof mug boxes after my usual supplier was out of stock and they were just awful. The dimensions are not the dimensions specified on the product description page, they are huge!
I initially thought I’d ordered the wrong size by mistake before checking the order details. There’s no way a standard 11oz mug could be safely shipped in these without an awful lot of additional filler which defeats the purpose and adds further expense. I wish I could upload a photo to show how massive they are.
There is a 15mm gap between the mug and the side and a further 20mm between mug and the top of the box.
Not fit for purpose, £75.99 down the drain, which is also a lot more than my usual supplier charges.
Well where to begin
Well where to begin, they are selling stuff they don’t have in stock, they don’t answer emails and don’t allow you to cancel orders as they input tracking as soon as you order even though they don’t have the stock, then send partial bits of your order and oh yes totally ignore you. I will be contacting trading standards, they used to be good, obviously times have changed. Why eBay is still allowing them to sell on their site is beyond me, stick with longforte and Neil brothers, they are the professionals

Avoid this company at all costs, they take orders and do not send the goods, purchased off Amazon carrier never received the package, when chased they hardly ever respond to emails. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
