First of all I’m not a doctor therefore…

First of all I’m not a doctor therefore I have no patience, however SC took the whole paperwork thing and made it seem simple. I hate filling out forms the service SC provides is A1. I’m just waiting the grace period out but up until now I’ll be doing business again with these guys.

First time purchase

First time purchasing a silencer and it was just delivered to my home. I was always told it was long, complex process. The folks at SC made the process a breeze and were very helpful and professional throught the entire process. I will definitely recommend to others and be a repeat customer.

avoid. fraudulent. partial refund after almost 1 year

After waiting almost a year, silencer central partially refunded me but kept almost 600 dollars for processing fees. When I bought the two silencers, I was told that if I were not approved, my purchase price would be refunded. My bank couldn't do anything since it was over six months. I was lied to and ripped off. I would avoid this fraudulent company.

Hi Lee, we're so sorry you are unhappy with your experience. ATF denials are incredibly frustrating. However, we are very transparent about our policies. They are published on our website, linked in every email, included in online checkout, and require customer acknowledgement and signature with every purchase. In your case, if you obtain a UPIN with the FBI, you may be able to resubmit. In that event, we credit your processing fee back to apply to a new order. A member of our customer service team will be in touch soon with instructions on how to do this if you are interested. Thank you!

WOW very easy

WOW, these people at Silencer Central are great, walked me thru everything I needed help on, service was fast end efficent , very helpfull customer service, the were definitely working for me. Probably took a total of 3 weeks, maybe a little less.

No problems …

They walk you through the purchase paperwork and handle everything for you. Very painless and easy. I had put off getting a suppressor because the paperwork was very overwhelming. With them, it couldn’t have gone quicker or easier!

Forms/Questions/Assistance

Havent received my suppressor yet. However its been a very easy process. Im at the 7 day waiting period/ATF approval but prior to getting here, Silencer Central has helped me all the way thru and answered so many questions i had. They even helped with finding me the correct mount for my suppressor because the one it came with wouldn’t work. Their online chat is great and they are very responsive and thorough in their work. Hopefully everything else goes smoothly with approval and shipping.

Theives/Liars/Scam Purchased in Full a…

Theives/Liars/Scam Purchased in Full a Suppressor and never got it. Submitted paperwork back in July today Sept got a response that basically says the ATF is denying everyone etc... Called to get my money back and they said that their Company Policy is to charge the Customer 25% even if they do not get their Product the Company gets to keep 25% of what you intended to buy which is a BIG SCAM and I would question on the legality of keeping the Customers money without ever giving them the Product they wanted to purchase. I would not buy anything from this Company as apparently they want to scam, deceive, rip people off and steal

As our team graciously explained to you previously, your eForm 4 was denied, according to the ATF, due to a delayed background check. A UPIN from the FBI usually resolves this, but that does take some time. We provided information on how to do that and our terms and conditions, which you signed, also outlines that we will waive the standard processing fee if you choose to repurchase after obtaining a UPIN.
